The best hotel in all of Australia. The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to solve our problems. The room was very clean, far above the standards of all other hotels in Australia. The breakfast was quite varied and averagely good. A note of merit to this hotel for the presence of the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, very useful for travelers. The only hotel I would return to in Australia, I recommend it.

Unfortunately, the staff forgot my swipe card so I needed to call them and they came within 10 minutes to give me my card (as I was checking in late). My luggage was kept safely and waiting for me next to my room. Only two others were in the room that night so it was good value for money. The kitchen was slightly cleaner this time round. I'd happily stay here again if I visit the Outback/Alice Springs. Thank you. 🙏

I booked very late and there was still availability. The breakfast spread was amazing. The pool and gym are small but perfect for what it is and for a short stay. The staff were also very lovely. 100% recommend!!!

The cabins are excellent, spacious with a vaulted wooden ceiling, comfy bed, good shower and spotlessly clean. It is quiet and 20-25 mins walk from the centre of Alice Springs. The reception staff were very helpful and there is a locked room for luggage storage.

Overall, pleasant stay in a Studio room. Room was clean and well presented - only grumbles are ＞ no desk chair to use if working in the room ＞ side table next to the bed is small. Studio rooms are ＞ near the front gate, and so subject to a little noise in the early morning ＞ side-by-side, and back-to-back with each other One night was not so pleasant as a neighbour seemingly fell asleep to their TV, which was at very high volume, with the noise transferring through the common wall.

I stayed 5 nights, I didn’t like the room in 4th floor at the start (as I requested a higher floor room and quiet room, but I got a room next to the elevator) the TV wasn’t facing the bed. I then changed to another room in 8th floor, room was great but the shower room door couldn’t be closed so the water was everywhere and it wouldn’t dry; also cleaner told me cuz it was public holiday they are not able to change my sheets. The last night I stayed, fire alarm went off at 4am everyone went to the lobby, it was a false alarm but I got very scared.

Free WiFi which isn’t the best but does work, no other amenities in the rooms except shampoo/conditioner. Clean rooms not much tv option and the rooms do not block out much noise can hear everything that’s goes on in the halls.

Doskonale dopuszczalny hotel z bardzo dużym Pływanie. Wszyscy pracownicy wydają się przyjemne i pomocne. Czyste pokoje, nowoczesne łazienki. Czasami trochę wczesnego ranka przygotowania hałas zauważył, jak wiele pokoi otacza centralny atrium z recepcją poniżej, ale wtedy jestem dość lekki sen!
