Estuvimos 3 días en Santa Cruz. El hotel estuvo de lujo, de los mejores que hemos estado en nuestra ruta por Bolivia. Cama muy cómoda, limpieza escrupulosa, desayuno de 10. Está situado en la zona de lujo de Equipetrol. Hay muchos restaurantes por la zona muy buenos y asequibles, y también tiendas de ropa bastante caras.

Нормальный отель уровня 3*, все достаточно чисто, цена соответствует качеству. В номере было все необходимое, места хватило, все работало. Останавливаюсь не в первый раз, все устраивает.

1泊友達と割り勘して1人約2500円朝食付きは安いと感じました。清潔でした。受付の方がスーツケースを部屋まで運んでくれてとても親切でした。広場まで徒歩約10分です。シャワーの出方が一気に出るタイプで滝行のような形です。せっけんやシャンプーリンスがついていてアメニティーは充実していました。

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

Das Hotel hatte ein schönes Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Roof Top Bar ist auch sehr schön. Es gab einen Willkommens Drink. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls gut. Leider gibt es keinen Pool… für einen Städtetrip gut zu empfehlen,

This hotel is not connected with Trip so I had to pay again on site and I’m still waiting for the refund. Hard to get around the hotel with no Spanish.

環境，早餐都不錯，但是有些收費讓人莫名其妙，有時候讓送純凈水是免費，有時候一瓶水就要收20玻幣，有時候在前台打印免費，有時候要收錢，感覺工作人員是憑心情收費。

GGuest UserThis is one of the worst hotels that I have experienced in my lifetime as I gave me a hard time to check in the hotel. The hotel was very quick to get your money but very slow to check in.The entire services were terribly bad, staff were irresponsible consequently made me sick to my stomach as I arrived in a foreign country and got to the hotel which I paid in advance and no response to my messages.On top of that, the location is far from the city center

GGuest UserWe spent three days in Santa Cruz. The hotel was fantastic, one of the best we stayed in on our trip through Bolivia. The bed was very comfortable, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was excellent. It's located in the upscale Equipetrol area. There are many good and affordable restaurants nearby, as well as some rather expensive clothing stores.

OofeliaThe environment and breakfast are good, but some charges are puzzling. Sometimes purified water is free, sometimes a bottle of water costs 20 bolivars, sometimes printing at the front desk is free, sometimes you have to pay. It feels like the staff charges based on their mood.

GGuest UserMy friend and I split the bill for one night, about 2,500 yen per person, including breakfast, which I thought was a bargain. It was clean. The receptionist was very kind, carrying our suitcases to our room. The square is about a 10-minute walk away. The shower has a quick release, similar to a waterfall bath. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, and the amenities were plentiful.

GGuest User很老的酒店了，在二環邊上，一定要入住前台附近的背對着馬路的房間。否則住在主樓的話，會非常吵。二環路上車流非常大，而且大量的老舊日本車噪音極大。房間的隔音不太好，所以會很吵。酒店早餐不錯，在當地算是比較不錯的早餐了。服務員的態度很好，很樂於幫忙。

MMariaThe location was great, nearby restaurants within walking distance if you choose. The lobby and the rooms are well cleaned and welcoming.
Staff were all very professional and the receptionist spoke English, wish was a major help to me.
I booked the suite Room with a jacuzzi, the first they booked us in was inoperable and had signs showing down for maintenance. We asked reception about it and they were unaware oddly.
They did move us rooms, however the second room the water temp in the jacuzzi wasn't warm and when the air jets were turned on there was an awful smell. We didn't bother to ask again as we assumed no one ever used them.
