I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!

Péssima experiência no check-in. Cheguei um pouco antes das 14h, preenchi toda a documentação, porém inexplicavelmente só sliberaram o quarto por volta das 14:20. A desculpa era de que não haviam limpado o quarto e limpo havia somente triplo, o que não me atendia. O fato me causou imenso transtorno, como atraso em outro compromisso e terminei tendo que retornar ao hotel posteriormente para buscar ítens esquecidos devido à pressa com q saí devido a saga da liberação do quarto.

It's a shame that a hotel with such a wonderful location is in disrepair, like the Mar Hotel 😒 very nice and helpful staff. The hotel itself is cozy and pleasant, but it has no maintenance whatsoever: the pool deck is ugly and worn out, the toilet flush is faulty, sometimes it fills up, sometimes it doesn't, the walls in the hallways and rooms are falling apart, the plants at the hotel entrance are dying and poorly maintained, the lamps in the rooms have their chandeliers ripped off, the toilet paper is made of single sheets. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had no change of towels. The coffee was delicious but very weak, there were almost no options. There was only ONE lounge chair at the pool and it was still broken and it pinched your buttocks when you sat on it. There was also only one table in the pool area that guests had to fight over. However, the pool is very nice and the area is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the beach, very nice for sunbathing and chatting in the late afternoon. The lobby chair looks disposable and is of very poor quality, and it even knocked me over because I was leaning on the backrest and it seemed to be made of paper I fell and hurt myself. Anyway, as I said at the beginning, the hotel has everything to be excellent, it just isn't because its owner or administrator doesn't want it to be. But with all that, I was happy with my stay, because I enjoyed the best I could find there. 🥰

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

Funcionários muito educados, ótimo café da manhã, boas acomodações e muito bem centralizado.

A hospedagem tem uma boa localização, o que facilita o acesso a pontos turísticos e serviços. O ambiente é muito bonito, oferecendo uma boa estética, porém, os móveis são um pouco antigos, o que pode ser um ponto negativo. Por outro lado, o atendimento da recepção é bom, com profissionais atenciosos e prestativos. O atendimento no bar da piscina também se destaca, com uma equipe alegre e simpática, proporcionando uma experiência agradável. Em especial, Tamires se destaca por sua excelente atenção e simpatia, garantindo um serviço de qualidade.

Estádia: dia 15/03 ao dia 19/03/2025 com café da manhã. Atendimento e segurança do hotel: Muito bom, eles controlam a entrada e saída para segurança dos hóspedes. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, nos lembraram do Check-out e que se fosse do nosso interesse, poderíamos prolongar a diária, porém deveríamos realizar a solicitação até às 11:00 (fizemos o Check-out normalmente antes das 12:00), para prolongar não me informei dos valores!!! Limpeza: Toalhas, roupa de cama limpinhos e com cheirinho de lavados e secos na hora. O quarto e banheiro sempre bem limpos. Café da manhã: Buffet com tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, com máquina de café, sucos e iogurtes diversos, variedades de pães e bolos, variedade de frutas, pão de queijo e coxinha, muita variedade para todos os gostos, tudo muito gostoso. Praia: Bonita, porém não inclui guarda-sol e nem cadeiras, tem que pagar direto na barraca da praia, custou 10,00 o dia todo + consumo. Restaurante: No hotel havia 2 restaurantes, um com buffet incluindo rodízio de pizza e bebidas 99,90 por pessoa, outro Restaurante a La carte sendo muito caro. Ambos achei muito caro. No buffet poderia ter a opção de prato por 35,00/40,00 sem bebida, acredito que seria uma melhor opção até mesmo para os hóspedes.

The hotel is a good cost-benefit relationship, a parking restaurant and a restaurant, but breakfast is not always complete, lacking dirty items and tables.

Decent but not worth the price   The hotel is OK overall, but it doesn’t really deliver what it costs. The breakfast and pool area are nice, but the new towel system — where they leave only two pool towels per room — is really inconvenient. The Wi-Fi is terrible and works only about half the time, which makes it frustrating if you need to stay connected. The property itself is clean but long overdue for an upgrade. With better maintenance and service improvements, it could justify its rates, but right now it falls short.
