A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

Uważam, że lokalizacja jest naprawdę świetna! Zaledwie jeden przejazd autobusem od lotniska, a w pobliżu znajdują się stacje kolejowe i biblioteki. Osobiście uważam, że to była doskonała lokalizacja! Zarezerwowałem pokój 8-osobowy i czystość była w porządku. Jest. W obiekcie dostępny jest szampon, płyn do płukania i mydło do ciała. Nie został on uzupełniony lub odpływ jest zatkany. Uważam, że nie jest to produkt odpowiedni dla osób ceniących czystość. W pokojach znajdują się szafki, Zamek jest albo go nie ma, więc bezpieczeństwo jest dobre. To nie jest zbyt dobre. Jednak lokalizacja jest dobra i cena jest dobra. Jestem bardzo zadowolony! ︎‼ ︎ W cenę wliczone jest śniadanie, a ostatniego dnia pobytu przechowamy Twój bagaż. Zwiedzanie również było łatwe! !

The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained. But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)

It is very clean hotel. Feels like recently renovated. Good location in Gatineau. Closed to casino and many restaurant.

We have a trouble on parking, they gave us a map where to park our car with a parking fee. They told us they dont have hotel parking for customers which is weird. Our room is a bit old and the wall on the bathroom is peeling off, the room is clean.

The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

Bon hôtel. Les lit est super confortable, l'accueil et le service super. L'hôtel a besoin de rafraîchissement mais tout le confortable est au rendez-vous. Il est extrêmement bien situé entre Gatineau et Ottawa. Il y a un parking intérieur pour 14$. Très bon hôtel.

預訂的king suit套間，房間面積很大，適合家庭出遊。 加拿大這邊默認不提供一次性用品，最好是帶自己的洗漱用品，尤其是拖鞋，這裏沒有一次性拖鞋，去前台索要的話衹提供循環使用的腳套（冬天避免地板涼） 這邊一般是下午3點才能入住，最好是有ihg的會員，要不然3點以前不能入住，需要單獨付費25加元。酒店忙的時候，會員延遲退房也不能用，這點要注意。 建議預訂朝西側的房間，傍晚看落日非常非常美。如果是自駕遊的話，推薦去河邊的公園，5分鐘車程，那裡有大片綠地，能看到成羣的野生加拿大鵝

Friendly service.  Took good care of us.  Our room was very clean.  Customer service was top notch.  Location is convenient as well - next to Place Bell and across from the bus and metro.  Would definitely return.  Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Service by all (valet, front desk, concierge, maid) was exceptional. Will always stay here when visiting Quebec City. Many, many thanks to all involved in making our stay at the Auberge Saint-Antoine simply unforgettable!
