The staff was nice and the location is really convenient (right next to the metro station and short taxi ride to the city center). The furniture was quite old and the room quite sparse. The walls were dirty in places. The bathroom was the cleanest part, which is good. All in all, shouldn't be your first option but will work for a short trip.

Great location. Only 7mins walk to Shangrao railway station. We had a very smooth check-in by a lovely young lady. Excellent service. She was very friendly and helpful. She even upgraded our room. We didn’t expect that. It was very kind of her. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a very good sleep. Thanks very much😊.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. 寶藏民宿，環境好，窗外就是油菜花田，入夜可以聽取蛙聲一片，真正的和自然融為一體，地理位置絕佳，距離景區很近，就在景區斜對面，又不用被街道來往的車輛和店鋪的嘈雜聲所打擾

If you are looking for a hotel close to the high speed rail station with excellent & professional customer service. Look no further, this hotel has them all. And it also provides both pick up and drop off at the railway station. Driver is very courteous. Don't forget to order their all you can eat breakfast. Strongly recommended!

The room isn't huge, but it's incredibly convenient. The sofa is a lifesaver after a long day of walking around, perfect for tired legs. Plenty of hot water, and you can see the Ganjiang River and a side view of Tengwang Pavilion right from the bedside – beautiful views at different times of the day. You can easily walk to many major popular attractions from here, and there are tons of food options nearby. Choosing this place was a really smart move! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a good variety of dishes that tasted pretty good too.
