Für mit dem Auto anreisende Personen liegt das Hotel optimal an der Autobahn. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das Bad hatte einen Duschkopf in der Badewanne. Dies war mein zweiter Besuch und das gleiche Bad wie bei meinem Ersaufenthalt. Ich erwähne es nur, falls sie mit dem Einstieg in die Wanne Probleme haben könnten. Wer mit dem Zug anreist muss mit dem Bus weiterfahren und eventuell noch etwas gehen.  Es lohnt sich aber. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Położenie jest bardzo blisko lotniska, więc było bardzo wygodne, gdy nadszedł czas na lot. Właśnie za nim Metro, więc mogłem się przemieszczać i zbadać części miasta, zwłaszcza Nowe Stare Miasto Frankfurtu. Za hotelem jest ogród, gdzie robiłem rano spacery. Pokój był bardzo czysty i przestronny. Nie mam żadnych skarg. Staff were AMAZING! Odpowiedzieli na wszystkie moje pytania o tym obszarze i pomogli w porady na temat jak nawigować Metro. Ogólnie ta podróż była jednym z najbardziej gładkich i relaksujących doświadczeń jakie kiedykolwiek miałem.

Very near to the christmas market and old town. Convenient to go around by tram or the metro. Rooms were clean. They have a lift to the upper floors which is convenient for all of us.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

Hotel was very close to the train and Frankfurt’s main areas so very easy to get around. Room AC wasn’t working but room was changed on day 2 after the staff attempted to fix it. The breakfast buffet had amazing options. Unfortunately the gym was inoperable during the length of my stay which was the main reason I opted for the hotel. I was told I could have vouchers for a local gym but when requested they said they must have run out. I was grateful to have a taxi ride to and from the camp where I dropped off my daughter for the week.

This hotel location is incredible, 300 meters to Main station, 300 meters to Messe. The hotel is also very clean with friendly staff. Rooms were big and clean and bathrooms are good size and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel for business travellers - specially going for any events in Messe.

BbaojunMy stay at Toyoko Inn Frankfurt Ostend was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. Security was excellent, and my room was cleaned spotless every single day. Being right above a police station definitely made me feel extra safe, and the location is incredibly convenient, close to the central station. Just a heads-up: they don't provide toiletries, so remember to bring your own. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors to Europe. I'll definitely be staying here again!

AArchDragonWe visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it. The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests. We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out. However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting. A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark.

VVaish’sI had a comfortable and convenient stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Messe during my recent trip. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—it’s very close to the Frankfurt Messe (exhibition center) and well-connected by tram and train, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. While not very spacious, they are thoughtfully designed and perfect for a short business or leisure stay. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good spread including breads, fruits, eggs, and beverages. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff manages it reasonably well. The staff were polite and helpful, assisting promptly with check-in and any queries. A small downside is that the hotel can feel a bit busy due to its proximity to the Messe, especially during events. Also, room sizes may feel slightly compact if you’re traveling with multiple suitcases. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel in Frankfurt, especially if you want convenience, cleanliness, and reliable service without spending too much.

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they have a balcony which makes up for it. The breakfast is a selection of breads with cold meats, cheese and spreads. GGuest UserI booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast. Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.
