„Stwierdzam tylko fakty. Przede wszystkim chcę zaznaczyć, że podatek miejski można zapłacić tylko kartą! Nie przyjmują gotówki! Miałem ten problem i odmówili mi zakwaterowania, mimo że zapłaciłem za hotel z góry, a anulowanie rezerwacji i otrzymanie zwrotu pieniędzy nie było możliwe! Pomogli mi życzliwi ludzie; dałem im gotówkę, a oni zapłacili kartą. Hotel jest nowy, więc nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. W pokoju jest w pełni wyposażony: ręczniki, mydło, szampon, żel pod prysznic, woda, czajnik oraz mnóstwo herbaty i kawy. Siłownia jest doskonała. Niestety, odpływ prysznica w pokoju był nieprawidłowo zainstalowany. Kiedy brałem prysznic, cała woda wylewała się na podłogę w łazience, a potem do pokoju, i za każdym razem musiałem dzwonić do sprzątaczki i prosić o posprzątanie. To niezbyt komfortowe; po prysznicu nie można się odświeżyć, bo albo stoi się w kałuży wody, albo dzwoni się do sprzątaczki, czeka, a potem się odświeża. W pokoju nie było suszarki do włosów. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Piazza Garibaldi, skąd można dojechać pociągiem do wulkanu i Pompejów, a także autobusem na lotnisko. Lokalizacja jest doskonała!”

„We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!”

„Było bardzo blisko stacji Neapol Centrare i stacji metra, co było naprawdę miłe. Jednak atmosfera w drodze ze stacji Porta Nolana w Neapolu była tak zła. Nawet nie marzyłem o wyjściu, gdy tylko dotarłem do hotelu wieczorem. Ale następnego ranka wyszedłem po drugiej stronie i chodziłam po okolicy, bo uliczki po tamtej stronie były czyste i mogłam pójść do pysznej kawiarni. Było super😍 Osoba, która zajęła się moim bagażem była bardzo miła, a klimatyzacja w pokoju była świetna, więc jestem bardzo zadowolony z tej ceny! Jeśli nadal się martwisz, polecam to raczej mężczyznom niż kobietom!”

„We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf op deze zeer mooie locatie. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamers, lobby en het zwembad is gewoonweg geweldig! De staf is vriendelijk. De enige aanmerkingen zijn dat je er geen diner kan aanschaffen of laten bezorgen (voor lunch zijn er alleen panini’s) en dat de airco’s rond 5:00 in de nacht uitgeschakeld worden, wat in de zomer niet echt fijn is, aangezien het behoorlijk warm blijft ‘s nachts, uiteraard werd dit weer na een belletje naar de receptie opgelost.”
