„Spędziłem tu 2 noce, głównie ze względu na bliskość linii Meitetsu Airport Line. Hotel znajduje się zaledwie 10 minut spacerem od stacji Nagoya, bez konieczności wnoszenia bagażu po schodach. Pokój był przyzwoitej wielkości i oferował udogodnienia, jakich można oczekiwać od hotelu tej klasy. Widok z pokoju był doskonały, bezpośrednio na wieżowiec Nagoya Mirai Tower i Sakae. Obsługa w recepcji jest znakomita i pomogła mi znaleźć coś na Rakuten JP po północy, żeby coś zamówić. Wszyscy mówią też dobrze po angielsku. Śniadanie również było doskonałe, oferując Hitsumabushi i wiele innych opcji. Gorąco polecam to miejsce!”

„An older hotel building that feels like it’s plucked right out of 1995. Service from staff was great. You can tell this place was once top of the line with older wooden furniture and chandeliers. But still a cozy stay. Room feels like it can be a bit dingy and dusty if that bothers you, but we’re okay with that.”

„This hotel is super convenient! It's right next to JR Nagoya's south exit – just turn left and take the elevator up. It even connects directly to Takashimaya on the 15th floor. Below the hotel entrance, escalators lead down to floors 12 and 13 which are packed with restaurants. The views are great, and while the room isn't huge, the decor is modern and new. I especially loved the large window! The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, with options like unagi (eel) rice and fried fish burgers.”

„What a wonderful stay! Although I've visited Nagoya several times, this was my first time staying in the Sakae district. While it's not as convenient for JR access as the area around Takashimaya, I personally think Sakae offers better, more youthful, and stylish shopping than Nagoya JR Station – there's just too much to explore! The hotel itself is very international, and the lobby's design sets it apart from other hotels. It also offers excellent privacy. Check-in was quiet and orderly. The staff spoke fluent English, were quick and very friendly, providing a great comfort after a long journey. The room was thoughtfully designed with many small surprises – I won't spoil them all; you'll have to discover them for yourselves!”

„Stayed with BWH for nights. Pros: The location is great. Only approx. 5 minutes walk to Sakae Station. There are many restaurants to go to. Convenience shops like Lawson and 7 eleven are just across the road. The double room itself is spacious by Japanese standards (as in the photo). Cleanness is superior. The hotel does routine daily cleaning services including replacing slippers and towels, etc. Almost all amenities are provided at the reception. Must mention that many things like face cleansing gel are from Pola. Cons: The fridge makes clear noise (even when switched to level 1), so that I have to power off the fridge before sleeping. The soundproofing can be improved. I could hear laughter and natter from the next wall (their large voice did contribute though), especially when the night was very quiet. Another one is the small chair on the corner. It kept preventing me from accessing the window side of the bed. Should've chosen a better place to place it.”

„firstly the location is not far from sakae station so it is very convenient, second the staff can understand english well so no problem in communicating, but you can not early check in before 3pm but can leave your luggages, and the amenities have all what you need they even provide pajamas daily”

„Super convenient location. Cleanliness is acceptable. ”Room” is comfortable and more spacious than I expected, with essentials like light, small fan, power point are provided. Shower area can be pretty crowded and hardly any space to move around when people are also doing their face and drying hair. The only thing I am not happy about is the limited space at the locker area. Granted the locker space is very small, there is no table nor shelves for people to reorganize or access their things. I was literally temp holding stuff in between my legs while trying to look for things inside the small locker. Some people also open their suitcase on the floor limiting others from accessing their lockers. While location is extremely convenient, I am not 100% sure if I want to stay here again.”

„The front desk staff was polite and smiling, and even stepped out of the way to help my husband get into the parking lot. The room was modern and furnished. The water in the bathhouse was a comfortable temperature, though there was a slight bleach smell. I also recommend adding instructions for using the hot springs in the bath room. Many Southeast Asian women were constantly looking around in the bathhouse, seemingly unsure of how to use it.”

„This hotel is really a gem, the size of the room is very big compared to other hotels & their service is tops 👍 rooms are super clean & they have fantastic amenities ! It’s not that far from Nagoya train station, about 10 mins walk. Airport Limousine doesn’t stop at Nikko but you can stop at Kanko Hotel & it’s only 5 mins walk from there.”
