„Friendly staff all around, especially at reception and housekeeping! Excellent location for easy access to both Sendai and Aobadori Stations. They just need to step up their cleaning!”

„The room is clean, quite spacious in a Japanese standard (I stayed with the one in Tokyo in the same group and this is much better) sadly they don’t have onsen or public bath which is a bit disappointing. But the convenience of locating exactly next to the JR station is superb! Before you check in you can actually chill at the lounge with free drinks and nice view. quite relaxing with a good view of the Sendai city.”

„Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.”

„Unexpectedly grand hotel, especially when you first walk in the front entrance. Very traditional hotel with great service, remember to book your free transport to and from the Sendai train station. The hot spring experience is as expected - comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended. The included Dinner and breakfast buffets are great and aside from the typical western food, it served up some local delicacies which were really nice and authentic. Highly recommended place for anyone looking at a day or two to unwind and relax.”

„Location is great, walkable to shops, trains, parks and attractions. Room is basic and a little noisy/light, good shower/bath area. Some free amenities at front desk and no issue with luggage storage, coin operated laundry worked well. We declined cleaning after the first night as wasn't very well done, however had fresh towels every day”

„The room is big enough to even change my suitcase from broken one to a new one. I like having bamboo baskets for me to carry thing to the onsen. It is very nice to have sauna, one indoor onsen, one outdoor onsen and a cold onsen. I was happy to have an ice-cream after onsen and can have a small bowl of ramen for free.”

„We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.”

„It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new. Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks.”

„A stroke of bad luck left us stranded in Sendai when the JR East Shinkansen network was suspended. As the night wore on with no trains in sight, we grew anxious. By 11:30 p.m., we decided to book a hotel for the night. Thankfully, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise — newly and tastefully renovated, cosy, and functional. The highlight was the lounge, which offered complimentary beverages and a play area for kids — an unexpected but welcome touch. Like most hotels in Japan, it provided complimentary toiletries, but this one went a step further with facial masks and bath salts — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing.”

„聽說多年前佐勘曾打拜過吟水庄，所以此次聞名而來，果然百聞不如一見大廳的裝璜真的高大尚，很日式在16：00_18：00有迎賓飲料咖啡或茶，但我看是太單調應該是加塊餅干或果子，房間的動向也很好4人住的很舒適性，枕頭棉被都有太陽的味道我喜歡，晚餐是叫主食搭配迷你自助餐，但也不迷你，菜色多又精緻，溫泉更不用說，其中的一個湯就在河邊那是很難得的體驗j.我絕得我個人對佐勘的印象是非常好的”
