I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Raia Hotel Alor Setar. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s rest after a long drive. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. Overall, a good value stay and I wouldn’t mind returning in the future.

Wash room no bad, air mandi perlahan, shower air panas tak berfungsi.. Coway KLU bole simpan tempat org senang nampak.. setiap tingkat 1 lorong letak la 1 Coway dan Ayen baju.. bagi la kemudahan.. supaya org yg menginap di situ tak cari² minum dan Ayen baju..

I stayed here many years ago and stayed again recently. The hotel itself is not bad but could be better by providing a better hair dryer. Some parts of the buildings are worn out a little due to wear and tear I suppose. Hopefully the management can put some money for proper maintenance. Slippers and other amenities provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay there We just wanted to gently highlight one small thing — the air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the sound was a bit loud (bunyi terlalu kuat). Other than that, everything was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the excellent service.

🌿 A Truly Memorable Holiday at The Jerai Hill 🌿 Our family getaway to The Jerai Hill was simply unforgettable. I went with my mother, my husband, and our children — and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of this place. The atmosphere throughout the day — morning, evening, and night — was incredibly refreshing. With a cool temperature of around 24°C, it truly felt like we were on holiday abroad! 🍽 The food was another highlight of our stay. Dinner was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Breakfast was just as delightful — the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and both the pasta and macaroni were full of flavour. We really looked forward to every meal! 🏡 Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was strong — making showers a real pleasure. 🌟 Activities and surroundings added to the magic. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, and my children had so much fun splashing around in the pool provided. One of the highlights was the strawberry farm, which was so close that we could see it right from our room window. 💖 Overall, our stay at The Jerai Hill felt peaceful, refreshing, and filled with joy. It was a perfect escape for our family, and we can’t wait to return!

Stayed in a Delux Renovated Room which was still pretty rough for being vlassed as 'renovated' including a worn out seat, worn woodwork and a very old and mouldy fridge. The Wifi was also very slow and the TV was not smart so you could not use your own streaming services or youtube. Arrived about 4pm to be told that the restaurant closes at 6pm and does not reopen until breakfast when we were hoping to get an evening meal. Lastly the cleaning was not great as the shower had a big hair ball on the floor!

Za tę cenę, standardowy pokój z widokiem na morze jest dobry. Dostaliśmy pokój łączony z rodzicami. Meble są trochę stare, a pościel trochę poplamiona. Czystość jest akceptowalna, brak gniazdek przy łóżku. Prysznice są w porządku, trzeba czekać na ciepłą wodę, a łazienka moich rodziców ma problemy z zatkaniem. Klimatyzacja jest świetna. Obsługa jest dobra, a personel przyjazny. Ogólnie jest cicho i relaksująco. Wrócę następnym razem ☀️

Check-in process was smooth, with RM50 deposit required. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though the number of parking spaces is limited. The room was okay for two people but not very spacious. Amenities were very basic — towels, toothbrush, face towel, and facial tissue were not initially provided. I dont know but the towel was not prepared at check-in. After calling the receptionist, I was informed it would be ready at 4pm, but no towel was delivered even after that time. I had to call again, and only then was it sent immediately. But, its a plus point, that the location is very strategic. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall and nearby convenience marts, which is very convenient.

Piękna plaża, przyjazny personel. Spokój i przytulność. Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt w Tanjung Rhu Beach Resort na Langkawi. Personel był niezwykle przyjazny i serdeczny — witali nas za każdym razem, gdy mijaliśmy się na drodze, co sprawiło, że czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Śniadanie było smaczne, z dobrym połączeniem dań kuchni zachodniej i lokalnej. Zupa kueh teow była szczególnie smaczna, a szampan stanowił przyjemny i przyjemny akcent! Zjedliśmy również kolację w restauracji ośrodka — pizza i napoje były pyszne. Kolacja na plaży, podczas której można było podziwiać zachód słońca, w chłodnej morskiej bryzie i spokojnej atmosferze, była niezwykle przytulna. Widok jest po prostu bezcenny — nie da się go zrekompensować pieniędzmi. Lokalizacja jest doskonała. Na rogu prywatnej plaży ośrodka można łatwo znaleźć organizatorów wycieczek po namorzynach. Podczas przypływu łodzie mogą podpłynąć bezpośrednio na plażę, aby Cię odebrać. Zaledwie 5 minut spacerem dzieli nas od molo, gdzie działa więcej firm organizujących wycieczki po namorzynach. Molo to również piękne miejsce, z którego można podziwiać poranny wschód słońca. Ośrodek oferuje również codzienne zajęcia, które są przyjemne i relaksujące. Miłośnicy przyrody docenią to miejsce szczególnie – udało nam się zobaczyć rodzinę małpek z gatunku Scientist, dzioborożce, wiewiórki i wiele innych ptaków. To miejsce naprawdę przypomina chronioną przyrodę. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek dla osób poszukujących spokoju, natury i relaksującego wypoczynku nad morzem.
