Most of the hotel staff service is great especially the Pak Cik that works at the luggage storage counter. Walking distance to Shopping mall and public transport but I don’t think it is as convenience as The Curve Branch. The room looks old and I saw several stain on the bed. The room soundproof wasn’t that good but luckily I get to have room that is far away from the lift and higher floor as requested so less likely to be noisy. Some towel seems like have been using for a long time as it looks grey. There is issue with the lift 10th floor button as well. Overall, I don’t think it meets the standard of a five star hotel.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters. Dostaliśmy jasne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania, które przebiegło łatwo i sprawnie. Apartament z 2 sypialniami obejmuje łazienkę, małą otwartą kuchnię i mały salon. Przestrzeń nie jest super przestronna, a układ sprawia, że ​​jest trochę ciasno. Jednak dla grupy 4 osób nadal jest w porządku. Sam pokój jest czysty, jednak zasięg Internetu (korzystam tylko z danych telefonu) nie jest zbyt dobry. Wokół/w pobliżu budynku trwają prace budowlane, ale nie słychać zbyt wielu hałasów, jedynie droga jest bardzo zatłoczona i jest to dla nas uciążliwe, ponieważ nie znamy lokalizacji. Parking za noc kosztuje 6 RM, co jest całkiem rozsądne, a miejsc parkingowych jest wiele. Nie zwiedzaliśmy budynku zbyt wiele, nie jesteśmy pewni udogodnień/wyposażenia, ale minęliśmy sklep przed zameldowaniem. W pobliżu znajduje się meczet, który słychać z naszego pokoju.

The shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.

My Malaysian retiree friend recommended this hotel which is connected to 1U mall via linked bridge, and 30% cheaper for us compared to the other hotel in the mall. We arrived after midnight via coach, it helps that it is walking distance from transportation hub. The room is clean, free mini bar and room was made up nicely everyday.

Great stay overall. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I especially loved the toothpaste packaging and quality — a thoughtful and unique touch. The shuttle service was also punctual and efficient, which made transportation very convenient.

I had a great stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The location is extremely convenient, having a Village Grocer in the building just opposite is a huge plus for grabbing essentials or a quick meal. One thing to note is that the cellphone reception can be a bit weak inside the unit. However, the provided Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which easily bridged the gap for calls and data. Aside from that, I had no issues at all. The water pressure in the shower was also quite good, which is always a big plus for me! Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Comfortable room, all facilities are complete. The environment is also clean.

Pobyt w Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA był dla mnie naprawdę przyjemny. Hotel jest piękny, nowoczesny i zadbany, zapewniając luksusową i komfortową atmosferę od momentu przyjazdu. Na początku zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, ale za dodatkową opłatą poprosiliśmy o upgrade i zostaliśmy przeniesieni do pokoju typu deluxe z łóżkiem king-size. Pokój był przestronny, elegancki i bardzo wygodny. Łazienka była doskonała – jest w niej zarówno wanna, jak i oddzielny prysznic, a drzwi do łazienki są dostępne z dwóch stron, co było bardzo wygodne. Ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z dzieckiem, poprosiliśmy o łóżeczko dziecięce i hotel je zapewnił. Potrzebowaliśmy również miejsca do przechowywania kostek lodu, ponieważ lodówka w pokoju nie miała zamrażarki, a personel nam w tym pomógł. Śniadanie serwowane jest od 6:30, ale niestety nie mogliśmy go zjeść, mimo że było opłacone, ponieważ musieliśmy się spieszyć na poranny lot. Hotel oferuje transfer lotniskowy do KLIA. Chociaż mieliśmy rezerwację, moje nazwisko gdzieś się pomyliło. Na szczęście kierowca busa był bardzo pomocny i mimo to udzielił nam pomocy i dowiózł nas na lotnisko, mimo że mojego nazwiska nie było na liście. Był jednak jeden poważny minus. Podgrzewacz wody w prysznicu miał problem – woda stawała się bardzo gorąca nawet po wyregulowaniu, co utrudniało kąpiel dziecka wczesnym rankiem. Mogliśmy to zgłosić, ale była godzina około 4 rano, a przebieralnia o tej porze byłaby bardzo trudna ze względu na ilość bagażu i wczesny transfer na lotnisko o 6 rano. Niestety, to bardzo zepsuło nam pobyt. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel jest piękny i komfortowy, z pomocnym personelem i dobrymi udogodnieniami, ale problem z podgrzewaczem wody w prysznicu wymaga uwagi, szczególnie w przypadku rodzin podróżujących z małymi dziećmi.

Pojechałam z siostrą do Moxy na charytatywny bieg, który odbył się niedaleko hotelu. Zameldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo, szkoda tylko, że nie podali nam informacji o parkingu, żelazku i Wi-Fi, bo przecież czasami zapominamy o podstawowych pytaniach. Inne hotele, w przeciwieństwie do Moxy, udostępniają długą listę informacji. Pokój jest dość mały, ale kompletny, prawdziwie wcielający się w industrialny klimat. Lampy z czujnikiem ruchu były chyba moimi ulubionymi. Parking hotelowy jest bezpłatny i podoba mi się, jak hotel jest połączony z centrum handlowym. Tak czy inaczej, wrócę ponownie, oceniam swój pobyt na 7/10. Następnym razem muszę spróbować bufetu śniadaniowego 🙂
