Great place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here.

To miejsce jest gem - wygodna lokalizacja w bezpiecznej / spokojnej okolicy blisko centrum miasta, czysty i przestronny pokój z kuchnią i naczynia do gotowania, bezpłatny i bezpieczny parking, pożyteczny i przyjazny właściciel, przystępne ceny. W tym miejscu nie ma recepcji. Aby się zameldować, goście muszą umówić się z właścicielem przez telefon lub e-mail przed przyjazdem. Ponieważ byłem na długim lotu i nie miałem telefonu/danych roamingu w Namibii, nie widziałem e-mailu właściciela i zostałem uwięziony poza miejscem bez sposobu na wjazd. Na szczęście pojechałem do pobliskiego hotelu i pożyczyłem telefon, aby zadzwonić do właściciela, a właściciel (który naprawdę mieszka gdzieś indziej) przyszedł, aby otworzyć drzwi dla mnie w ciągu 10-15 minut. Następnym razem, jeśli przyjdę tu ponownie, powinienem skontaktować się z właścicielem 1 dzień przed przyjazdem, aby właściciel wiedział o moim przyjazdu i wysłał mi instrukcje rejestracyjne w czasie.

這是我在納米比亞旅遊所入住的第一家旅館，位置在温得和克市區，雖不是一條繁華的大街，但離國家博物館、路德福音教堂不遠，出門比較方便。旅館不大，但有免費停車位。旅館的房子是平房，房間適中，有一個大床，傢俱簡單，但實用，衞生間內有淋浴設施。旅館工作人員態度和藹，服務周到，耐心講解房間內的各種設施和早餐的服務時間。令我感到暖心的是，前台女主人，得知我護照遺失在機場外幣兑換處，立馬聯繫機場，幫我找到了護照，我激動得熱淚盈眶，這可是我非洲之行第一天就犯下的錯誤，若是真的遺失，會給之後的行程造成諸多麻煩。在此再次感謝前台女主人，上帝會保佑您！

This Hilton is just like all the other Hiltons— clean, comfy, and tidy all around. Friendly staff made everything smooth, and the location was nice, right near all the main sights, shops, and more. We grabbed burgers at the downstairs restaurant— it was really tasty and with good service! I recommend for a hassle-free stay.

MMike KBWe chose this hotel again because of the previous experience being so good the week before. Unfortunately this time around there was a mistake in the type of room required and despite reserving a king size bed we ended up with a twin room. We called and informed the reception of the mistake and they checked if our previous room was available which it was not. They asked us to give them some time and after a short while, we were called back and informed that they will upgrade us to a suite for the night at no extra cost because of the hassle. We were quickly moved to the suite which was more than we expected. We had a great last night In Namibia relaxing in the suite at the hotel. Which had a lounge, dining table and bedroom and was clean and spacious. Thank you for your effort. Always well supported by staff and nothing was too much trouble.

Aautumn titaniumThis place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time.

KKaty RogA very pleasant hotel! We chose it to relax after a long flight and because the Go2Namibia shuttle stop is 5 minutes away. The room is simple but clean. There's a patio, a kettle, and a liter of water is provided, with good shower pressure. The hotel grounds are very pleasant, including a swimming pool. There's a Spar nearby where you can buy wine and some groceries. There's also a restaurant and pizzeria on site, and the prices are reasonable.

AAlexander M.All in all, it's a good place for a day or two. Location is not too far from everything of interest, security is good. They have a pool and sell beers when shops are closed. AC and fridge worked perfectly well. No issues with hot water as well. Staff was great. My only complaint is the twin bed in a room marked as a double - even though it was clearly stated that there are twin beds, a double should have a double bed. My sleep was not too comfy in a setup with two small beds posing as one king/queen one. But overall I had a pleasant stay. Can recommend.
