I liked the hotel, my room, and the beach was great however it had a feeling that it was descending into decrepitude.
The gym was very shabby. There was no central bar or shared lounge area to mingle (temporarily closed). To get a drink I had to go into the Chinese restaurant which was then impossible to work on my laptop with a casual drink as I had intended.
At breakfast it was quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had and the eggs were also dubious. Toast was make your own but there was no toaster - only some grilling oven that would take 10 minutes to make your toast - less than ideal once you had already put your food on your plate....
the hotel is good but the inclusion in the toiletries like soap, shampoo etc.... but the toothbrush is not included as per staff. But in the booking this was included but anyway nice staff and ambiance, free swimming pool my grandchildren love it. we will book again next year thank you!!!!
The place is new and having 3rd party listing in trip. com can get better deal, as if you just walk in will charge you their regular price very pricey as they just next to the wharf marina going to hundred Island, the room is excellent clean and had a nice size bathroom with bedit, hot water and great water pressure, firm comfortable bid and big soft pillow and heavy blanket. The staff is very helpful and polite accommodating, big size pool not heated but comfortable. I would stay this place again if ever we return to alaminos, its just sad that this war crisis is affecting the business and people livelilyhood.
Nice hotel, although having the bar open late to 2am from Friday to Saturday & 4am on Saturday to Sunday meant a constant flow of people either arriving or leaving, some must have been wearing clogs or diving boots, as the noise was unbearable....kept me awake until 5am Sunday morning & our room was at the opposite end of the building from the bar. The bar snacks were good, breakfast on Monday took nearly 45mins to arrive, so coffee was already finished 35mins previously! Not certain if it's true, but there was a photography session ongoing on the ground floor on Monday, the photographer was also the chef, so suggest the chef books his photography sessions once his chef duties are completed...just a suggestion...not sure who does the ratings, but seems to me hotels can claim to be anything they want...this was more 3* than 5* from my experiences
Java hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was the fact that they did not have any elevators which was difficult for some friends who have difficulties going up several flights.
Highly recommended! Staff are courteous and kind. Not too crowded resort. First thing we did upon check in is to check our room and if we need to replace it. We booked 2 rooms but need to ask replacement for one of our room due to aircon water leak on the floor. They are kind enough to replace our room. The rooms are cold and clean.
Breakfast is okay. Need some enhancement in the future.
Overall we love our stay and the kids enjoy their pool and beachfront.
My wife and I stayed at Awesome hotel for a few nights and were very impressed, great hotel with exceptional service. Loved the look and feel of the hotel which is located north end of Urbiztondo beach only a few minutes walk along the beach to all the cafes, restaurants etc. The room was excellent, nice amount of room, with quality from the TV, the bathroom and washing supplies (they use paraben free bath gel etc). We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean view which was lovely.
Shaina at reception checked us in and out and did a fantastic job, very efficient and friendly service.
A couple of points for feedback - The pool was not accessible as they had some work being done, it would have been good to know this before booking. The gym is excellent, and big with all the equipment and weights you need. the only downside is, that it's located in the basement area and is a little dark, brigher lighting would have been better.
Stayed 2 nights, visiting families. I would say the rooms are nice and maintained since opening, it is spacious which is surprising for 3 stars hotels. The area is in the downtown as well where different stores, restaurant, hospital is available. I definitely recommend it to others specially those passing the area that would want to have a good place to rest.
the location was excellent, food was superb with many varieties to choose from. staff service was topnotch, accommodating and full of energy. parking though is a bit of a problem esp during peak season but the guards were extra helpful. will come back.. thank you Manaoag Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, we book for 1 night but we feel we like to stay more , nice staff 🥰
Staff are service oriented. Service of every staff are excellent. I like their food and the view is breathtaking. I have a concern with flies flying around since it’s rainy season. The refrigerator isn’t that cold. Our leftover food got spoiled the next day.
We had a wonderful stay at Hudor Reaort! Our room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is very convenient. Overall, Resort offers great value for money, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!
the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. the pool had a good size and very clean and the surrounding trees made our stay very pleasant. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we loved the delicious food they served. i would highly recommend it. the free use of the kayak was cool and the sunrise was amazing.
The hotel and room looks clean in a glance - until you spend hours in it. I found some cheese crumbs under our bed when we didn't eat inside our room. There are also flies and mosquitoes in the room. Other than that, the casa is clean in general. The location is excellent - walking distance to almost any points in the city center. Service is good. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is superb. It would have been the best hotel if not for some of these lapses. TV reception isn't great. WiFi in the room is sometimes weak. The hinge of the cabinet in the room is loose already that it creates a creaking sound every time we open it. The bathroom floor in the PWD room is slippery. Although there were guest kits and towels provided, it would have been nice if there was a dedicated bathroom slippers. The ceiling has mildew and mark that paint is being removed. Other than that, the AC is nice, the bed and blanket are comfy. There are lots of electric sockets in the room. The room is on the first floor and pretty quiet at night. You can only hear the voices of people walking along the hallways which is pretty normal. Despite all these observations, I would still want to book here in the future. The experience is still good.
