The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, always assist with any request. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The room was a decent size with the balcony overlooking the town. It was located right in the heart of the town and close to the buses. The bed was amazing and so comfortable and I loved the bed. The breakfast was a good spread that I enjoyed.

Situato alla periferia di Cluj, questa tranquilla residenza offre appartamenti spaziosi con balcone, la struttura è nuova e funziona tutto a dovere. Bella la smart tv con collegamento wi fi pronta per l' uso, e anche l' applicazione di gestione della camera risulta utile , aprendo anche la porta senza bisogno di una chiave fisica. Per gli spostamenti facile usare applicazioni di prenotazione taxi , come anche farsi portare cibo e vivande alla bisogna, dato che nei dintorni non vi sono ristoranti ma chi prenota qui già lo mette in conto apprezzando invece la tranquillità della zona. Personalmente lo consiglio anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

AAlanBeauvaisM20 Studios is an absolute gem right in the centre of Cluj-Napoca’s beautiful old town. The location could not be better — everything is within walking distance, yet the studio is still peaceful and comfortable. The apartment has all the amenities you could need for a great stay, including an excellent fan which made a huge difference during warmer days. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, making it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay, which made the whole experience even smoother. Honestly, my only disappointment was that I couldn’t extend my stay because the studio was already fully booked! That probably says everything you need to know. I cannot recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again.

JJourneywithfitI was impressed by the hotel’s service. The receptionist who attended to us was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, such as toothbrushes. She also let us know that we could contact her if anything was missing and she would have it sent up promptly. Another highlight was the water dispenser located outside the rooms. As many hotels in Europe no longer provide complimentary bottled water due to sustainability efforts, having easy access to drinking water was truly appreciated. Location is near to the city centre and there are also supermarkets nearby.

CClaiudiuOne of the best places I stayed, and this happened in my home country! I'm amazed by the modernization of apartment and cleanliness. Just a bit tricky to enter the underground parking, I'd show a video also to guests that are less eager to read all instructions. Same for the keylock. We just stayed one night before our flight and price was very good. Reason was that I didnt' wanted to wake up at 2 AM and drive in the night 200km to Cluj Napoca airport, and was a very good decision.

PPiotrKStaying in Villa Hotel Escala during our 3-day trip to Cluj Napoca was undeniably great choice. The manager welcomed us very warmly and showed us around at first place. The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in.

GGuest UserNobody changes bed sheet and towel in my 4 nights stay. I left room key in the locker when I went out. But locker was unlocked when I returned after work. Key was inside though. I got in the room. Bedsheet and towel were the same, unchanged.. So in the next 3 days I kept room key with me when I went out. Is this the reason why room has never been cleaned ??
