Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale! The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault). Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

Una habitación muy amplia, luminosa, limpia (extremadamente limpia 😍), una cama enorme y cómoda. El desayuno muy bueno, todo casero. El anfitrión un 10!!!.Un hombre cálido y muy involucrado, con una excelente impronta para ayudar, para colaborar, para explicar. Gracias por eso!🙏 Un sitio rodeado de naturaleza, de gente del lugar, de animales: un gatito precioso y un perro que nos acompañaba a todos sitios como si fuéramos de la casa. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with my friends. Checked in late at night and saw another guest trying to get a refund for his room. One of the rooms was missing 2 towels, water bottles while the other room was missing 1 towel, but the concierge supplied it immediately upon request. My room provided both the towels, however, there was a huge tuft of hair sandwiched between the towels, probably clumped up during laundry. My shower door had also fallen off while I was closing, and I had to re-install it back onto the ledge myself. Friendly concierge and room service lady. Great location, 5 mins walk to the center. Parking was limited, please speak to the concierge to allocate space for your car.

We booked a small room in Laodikya Hotel but it was clean and bright. The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus terminal as well as near the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus. The 2 front desk staff, Ones, and his colleague were very helpful in providing information on where we wanted to go. On our last day, while we were waiting in the lobby until our airport bus transfer, the staff offered to serve us tea while we waited. Also, when I had a sneezing bout, he quickly got me some tissue paper - very attentive service. Will certainly stay in this hotel again if we go to Denizli again.

Wszystkie hotele bez wyjątku mogłyby brać przykład z higieny i czystości tego hotelu! Ogólny stan pokoju, klimatyzacji, pościeli, prysznica, toalety, lodówki, a nawet przestrzeni pod łóżkiem, był nienaganny. Śniadanie jest świeżo przygotowywane każdego ranka. Personel hotelu (prowadzonego przez rodzinę) jest bardzo uprzejmy i przywiązuje dużą wagę do zadowolenia gości. Prywatny parking jest dostępny na dziedzińcu hotelu.

衛生程度很好，我們去的時侯風光明媚，但位置其實是在另一區，整體離棉花堡景區還是需要10-15分鐘的車程，所在的區附近有個本地人在逛的市集，有空可以去看看。 這裡的人員主要是英文不太流利，溝通上得靠google翻譯成土耳其文才比較好理解，另外餐廳的衛生需要加強，蒼蠅與地上掉的食物不少。 整體spa跟溫泉設施還挺棒的！

An amazing experience. They treated me like one of the family. This is a family run hotel. Jusuf, the man of the family and his wife Perihan were the sweetest people minding me and helping me with anything they could. I feel in love with their kids. The room is actually a whole appartment! 😍 Huge! A very large bed in a very spacious room, with an extra bed. Really confortable mattress, with a very important thing for me: a mattress protector! Believe it or not, not all hotels have this important hygienic facility. The bathroom is also very spacious. I did not use the kitchen area, however there is one It is a very peaceful and quiet place. You only hear the birds and dogs at times. Pamukkale travertines are 5 mins by walk from Titanic hotel.😍😍😍 Jusuf's friend: Junior, has a balloon and other tours agency. They arranged all my schedule. I recommend anyone reading this to organise their trip with him. The agency name is Metro. Overall, it was a 5 star experience for me. I will come back to them if I ever have the opportunity. Their hospitality made the difference.
