The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains once closed, the room became completely dark, which made it perfect for a good night’s rest. Even during the daytime, the room stayed wonderfully dark and peaceful. Also got a workout in the gym. However, I was disappointed with one aspect of my stay. Since I had a late flight, I requested a late checkout. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction noise that made it difficult to rest. The constant sound was quite frustrating and took away from what would have otherwise been a very relaxing experience. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the noise issue impacted my final impression.

Podoba mi się to miejsce ze względu na jego lokalizację blisko metra i kilku atrakcji turystycznych, takich jak Aleja Gwiazd, TCL, teatr Dolby i centrum handlowe Ovation. Nie rezerwowałem opcji „hop on hop off”, ale miejsce odbioru jest tuż obok. Pokój jest czysty i przestronny. Chociaż łóżko jest za wysokie, trzeba się schylić po przebudzeniu. Wspólna łazienka jest czysta i uporządkowana. Kuchnia jest ładna, można gotować i przechowywać jedzenie, a śniadanie jest pyszne. Obsługa również jest miła. Jedynym minusem są schody prowadzące od drzwi do recepcji. Jeśli masz duży bagaż, może być to trochę trudne, mam nadzieję, że personel pomoże Ci go podnieść. Jest też parking obok hostelu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, podobał mi się mój pobyt tutaj. Można tu poznać nowych znajomych, a metro, niektóre stacje autobusowe i inne miejsca są naprawdę blisko.

We stayed in a deluxe city view room at Hilton Financial District—beautiful views and a warm welcome! The TV greeted us with a personalized “Welcome Cristopher,” which was a thoughtful touch. Staff were friendly and let us check in early. Great location near Chinatown, with amazing food—thanks to Denmark for recommending House of Nanking! Room was clean and well-priced.

Hotel był bardzo dobry. Autobus z LAX nie istniał. Samolot przyleciał o 22:00, autobus przeleciał trzy razy i się nie zatrzymał. Przypuszczam, że był już pełny. Musiałem wziąć autobus, żeby zamówić Ubera. Dotarłem do hotelu o 1:30 w nocy, czekając na autobus, który się nie zatrzymał. Z tego powodu nie będę rezerwował hotelu Hilton w przyszłości. Na tym samym statku czekali na niego inni goście.

The Sheraton San Diego resort is one that may change your expectations in what a hotel offers its customers. It provides comfort, access to quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. I was able to walk from the hotel to the airport with no difficulties.

Well hotel is “Oldtimer” and definitely below average ranking visible here in trip.com web. Check in was quick, short walk/drive to designated building. Corridors in the building looks and smells like 1970’s, so initial shock but room was bit better. Old style but ok to sleep one night. Breakfast - same low quality food as any American hotel chain with this price range. Overall I would not come again.

The environment is very nice, but the buffet breakfast doesn't live up to the price; it's worse than many hotels that offer free breakfast.

Plus: This is a good, clean, classic highway motel. Check-in went smoothly and the desk clerk was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, of good size. The bed was super-comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep! The hotel is in Victorville a small city in California's ”High Desert”, which is known as a way-point on the famous ”Route 66” which many decades ago was the major road connecting America's mid-west to its far west. Victorville is also the home town of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans who had a famous cowboy TV show long ago. Minus: Lots of highway noise. But the most negative thing about the motel is that it is impossible to contact the hotel itself by telephone to confirm issues such as late arrival. Booking companies deliberately hide the true contact information, redirecting customers to an overseas call center that knows nothing about the hotel and is heavily accented to the point that communication was virtually impossible. Although an internet search brings up a phone number from several different sources, that phone number is no longer for the hotel, and gets answered by someone who is clearly tired of telling people that the phone number is NOT for the motel. In the end a family member who lives in a nearby town had to stop by and talk to the front desk in person. To add further confusion, the hotel goes by various names: ”Hotel Avenida”, ”Quality Inn”, and ”Oyo Rooms”. (This last name appears to be the result of its recent acquisition by the notorious south Asian Hotel group. Sadly this probably means service degradation will follow) Good customer service is all about ”the people”. It is dependent on positive contact between a business's staff and customers. The policies of companies like Oyo that work to destroy human contact help ensure bad customer service.

It was nice, people working there was very noce and helpful. I wish coffee also was served by night. Just wondering how the deposit works cause they told me at the check out that it was just by giving back the card. Microwaves will be useful too but overall is a great place

Super clean! I absolutely love that in a hotel. Was quiet in the evening and front desk was very kind. The breakfast staff very accommodating, even the bar staff were upbeat. The vibes this place gives off are positive and wholesome. Definitely my go to spot in Chico.
