Hotel był bardzo dobry. Autobus z LAX nie istniał. Samolot przyleciał o 22:00, autobus przeleciał trzy razy i się nie zatrzymał. Przypuszczam, że był już pełny. Musiałem wziąć autobus, żeby zamówić Ubera. Dotarłem do hotelu o 1:30 w nocy, czekając na autobus, który się nie zatrzymał. Z tego powodu nie będę rezerwował hotelu Hilton w przyszłości. Na tym samym statku czekali na niego inni goście.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains once closed, the room became completely dark, which made it perfect for a good night’s rest. Even during the daytime, the room stayed wonderfully dark and peaceful. Also got a workout in the gym. However, I was disappointed with one aspect of my stay. Since I had a late flight, I requested a late checkout. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction noise that made it difficult to rest. The constant sound was quite frustrating and took away from what would have otherwise been a very relaxing experience. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the noise issue impacted my final impression.

The promised 'every half hour' airport shuttle was nonexistent; I waited for almost an hour and ultimately had to call the hotel to request pickup. More troubling was the clear difference in staff hospitality: employees were friendly only toward Bonvoy members and treated guests who booked via third-party services (such as Trip.com) with indifference or coldness

Rooms are nice, hallways a bit sketchy, service is very good.  The elevator system is also sketchy, anyone could come into the hotel and go to any floor they want...  Very odd automated system

從大樹公園下來很晚了，機場門口，附近很多新建的酒店，這個比較老所以便宜很多，住一晚上是沒問題的，但是周邊走動的閑散人員半夜都有，很是不解機場門口沒什麼居民區為啥這樣。屬於進屋了晚上不要出去散步那種環境，保安還是很負責，會提醒你關房門，反正就是中部谷地這幾個城市治安感覺都不是很好。

The environment is very nice, but the buffet breakfast doesn't live up to the price; it's worse than many hotels that offer free breakfast.

The room is very dated and old . Small room and they charge a nonrefundable resort fee to use for F&B at USD35 . Experience at front desk are not great and all very matured staff and not much customer service . I have to book there due my local tours pickup point is at this hotel .

Excellent location right next to old Sacramento. We ended up with the cheapest room, which was really small, but it was fine for us. Arrange parking beforehand because their valet seemed expensive.

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stop by in the way to Las Vegas. One disappointment is that my room didn't have hair dryer.

The hotel was nice and the staff was excellent. Unfortunately they only had one working elevator, the others weren't working (out of order). The ice machines were broken except one on the 5th floor. The sliding glass door to get into the hotel was broken. You had to use the smaller side doors to get in. They only had one luggage cart available and it was semi broken. Couldn't hang any clothes on it. The windows on the outside of the room were dirty. The pool was nice but not heated, very very cold. The jacuzzi was fine. No towels out there, you had to bring them from your room. Parking is hard to find in the lot at night and sometimes during the day during to the Casino attached to the hotel. All in all we would stay there again.
