Muito bom, gostei bastante, quarto bem limpo, confortável, atendimento satisfatório, café da manhã farto e bem variado. O ponto negativo foi que devido a algum erro por parte da trip.com ou do hotel, minha reserva estava diferente da que adquiri, nos acomodaram em um quarto adaptado, diferente da reserva. A princípio insinuaram que havíamos reservado esse tipo de quarto de propósito, segundo eles por não haver mais vagas, só mudaram a postura quando apresentei o comprovante da reserva, ficaram sem saber o que diziam, transferindo a culpa para a Trip.com . Situação muito chata, e que foi ouvida por outras pessoas que aguardavam.

Hotel muito bem localizado, além do espaço ser bem aconchegante. Por ser corredora, os atendentes da cozinha me deixaram tomar um café antes da corrida e após fazer a refeição completa, achei isso bem legal da parte deles. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza

Somos habitues deste hotel , ou melhor Fomos habitues . Nunca mais 1º dia Cabide quebrado no guarda roupa . Tampado vaso sanitário não parava aberto 2º dia Não acendiam as luzes principais do quarto - dois dias para concertar ] 3° dia frutas do café da manhã incomíveis - mamão duro e sem gosto , abacaxi muito ruim 4º dia a mesma coisa 5º dia sem novidades 6º Dia acabou a agua do hotel 14horas prometeram a volta em meia hora 18 horas ainda sem agua . Pedi a devolução de uma diária para mudar de hotel . O gerente que poderia autorizar se tornou incomunicável Saí para jantar . Na volta\ por volta de 21 horas ainda sem agua . Apareceu o gerente dizendo que não poderia devolver a diária . Me ofereceu pa trocar por uma suite . Troquei . Suite só com agua fria 7º dia Chuveiro da suite abria normalmente e quando começava a esquenta a agua desaparacia Enfim um desastre completo . Férias estragadas Edgard Ferreira Pinto Cesar .

Gostei muito da comida e do pré atendimento. A equipe como um todo bem gentil e solicita. Em relação as instalações tenho somente ressalva (sugestão), em relação ao controle do ar-condicionado, gostaria de um móvel além do fixo na parede. E de um mapa do hotel destacando os principais locais, como: restaurante, como chegar rooftop, academia... Mas o hotel é de muita qualidade. Muito satisfeita com a experiência de me hospedar no Vidam, e principalmente com o atendimento.

Tive uma experiência negativa no Hotel Del Canto. Normalmente fico no Ibis e esperava algo bom, mas fiquei decepcionado. Reservei para dois adultos e uma criança, mas só havia uma cama de casal. Para piorar, cobraram R$ 107 por uma cama extra, um valor alto comparado a outros hotéis. O chuveiro também não esquentava, resultando em banhos frios. Felizmente, foi apenas uma noite, mais teria sido difícil se fosse mais que uma noite. Não recomendo.

The negative point was that due to some error by trip.com or the hotel, my reservation was different from that I acquired, they hosted us in a custom room, different from the reservation. This is a very annoying situation, which was heard by other people waiting.
