Do tego hotelu zwabili nas influencerzy, którzy chwalą go za majestatyczny wygląd, przypominający tradycyjny chiński zamek. Chociaż lokalizacja nie do końca nam odpowiadała, ponieważ znajduje się około 8-10 minut spacerem od najbliższej stacji metra (Nanmen Metro), cena była na tyle przystępna i kusząca, że ​​postanowiliśmy spróbować. Fasada hotelu z daleka wygląda wspaniale, majestatycznie i przestronnie, wnętrze jest ogromne i tradycyjnie zadbane, chociaż projekt wydaje się nieco przestarzały, ale moim zdaniem nadal zachowuje klasę i tradycję. Przydzielono nam jeden z najdalszych pokoi, aż do końca, pod numerem 5069. Droga była dość długa, ponieważ hotel znajdował się na samym końcu. Pokój jest zdecydowanie duży i umożliwia otwarcie wszystkich bagaży za jednym razem. Dostępne udogodnienia były wystarczające, z wyjątkiem tego, że mogliby poprawić ofertę, dodając więcej żelu pod prysznic i szamponu, ponieważ małe butelki nie wystarczały. Mieliśmy również nadzieję, że mogliby zainstalować międzynarodowe wtyczki dla swoich gości z zagranicy, ponieważ jest to również międzynarodowa sieć hotelowa. Personel był uprzejmy i profesjonalny. Polecam każdemu, kto przyjeżdża do Suzhou, aby dał temu hotelowi chociaż jedną szansę! Najważniejsze jest to, że pobyt w hotelu obejmuje bezpłatny dostęp do parku, do którego wejście znajduje się z tyłu hotelu. Koszt wejścia wynosi 40 juanów! Warto!

Hotel zrobił na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie. Przede wszystkim jest bardzo czysty, a obsługa niezwykle miła, pomocna i uprzejma. Mimo że personel nie mówi po angielsku, świetnie radzi sobie z komunikacją dzięki translatorowi – wszystko można spokojnie załatwić. Pokoje są nowoczesne i dobrze wyposażone – nawet w odżywkę do włosów 🙈, co naprawdę jest miłym zaskoczeniem. Pralka nie znajduje się w pokoju, ale jest dostępna w części wspólnej, podobnie jak suszarka do ubrań i płyn do prania, więc można bez problemu ogarnąć rzeczy w trakcie pobytu. Na koniec pobytu dostałam od obsługi ciasteczka w ramach podziękowania – bardzo sympatyczny gest, który zostaje w pamięci. Lokalizacja również na plus – blisko do kanałów, które szczególnie wieczorem wyglądają przepięknie. W okolicy jest też mnóstwo miejsc z jedzeniem, wszystko praktycznie na wyciągnięcie ręki. Yangzhou State Guesthouse is located within a sprawling area where many of the facilities are within walking distance. It is like staying in a holiday resort. You can either walk to the different facilities or take the buggy provided. The Slender West Lake (瘦西湖） is just beside the Guesthouse and is definitely worth a visit both during the day and in the evening. A bit too hot to visit in the summer, but it will be nice during spring and/or autumn.

Overall, our stay was nice. The hotel is clean, every noon they’re changing and cleaning staff in the room. Soundproof of the hotel may be not that good, but for me it was okay. The hotel is in 5 minutes reach to the subway. The location is pretty good, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The minuses for me were: no toilet brush, bedside table on only one side. And although it is indicated that the room is designed for 2 people, there was only 1 chair at the table. There is also no phone to contact the reception. And there is no closet also, so it’s not convenient to store things.

The hotel location was great and the service was good too. I stayed at the 2nd floor near the reception and it was very quiet surprisingly. Being near the laundry room was great too. The only downside is the weak wifi but the receptionist did suggest to help me fix it. It was fine with me since i bought an esim. Would recommend this hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended. 

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The staff was amazing. The hotel was incredibly comfortable. Old school beds, but slept great. The charm is perfect, the location is amazing. And the staff was attentive to anything requested. Large quantity of fresh fruit delivered to the room each day at no charge. Refreshments and water. If ever back in knowing this will absolutely be the place I stay! Strongly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

We upgraded our standard room for a balcony room with a beautiful river view. The staff were really friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to cute coffee shops and other tourist areas. The hotel is very clean and was really a joy to stay at.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vchill Hotel. The design is unique with a lovely Japandi-style concept, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The hotel is clean, the location is convenient, and the room is spacious enough for up to 4 adults, making it a great choice for family trips. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.
