Loved the breakfast. There is a coffee shop in the lobby. It’s close to everything. I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast and a huge room. Only issues were the bed not being so comfortable and WiFi bad.

This was actually my 3rd time to book this hotel. The suite is very comfortable and large. Location is great - right on the main square. The breakfast is great, lots of fresh fruit, eggs, bread and juices. The staff is also very vriendly. They even provide parking very close to the hotel. I would not hesitate to book again! Hightly recommended

素晴らしい景色とホテルの雰囲気にとても癒されました。プールとジャグジーも利用できてとても良かったです。家族が滞在中に体調を崩してしまったのですが、とても柔軟に対応していただけて助かりました。本当に感謝しています。ゆったりとした時間を過ごしたい方に特におすすめしたいと思いました。また宿泊してみたいです。

Mal sistema de recepción. Se supone que antes de hacer el check in se debe recibir información acerca del apartamento asignado y no hemos recibido nada. No sé entiende para que sirve entonces la recepción. Algo tan sencillo, se complica sobremanera.

The good points were the location was excellent, close to the Main Street where businesses are located.  The value was equal to the price paid per day. The bad points were rooms have a dark interior, it has a kitchen but little to no accessories such as pots and pans, dishes etc.  Room had no window or balcony.  Guests were not allowed to enter rooms if the number of guests exceeded the amount of the reservations.  In my case I reserved my room for two , but had two friends visit me so they couldn’t go to the room, only one was allowed so it was rather inconvenient.  Staff was ok, but not the friendliest.

The room was comfortable and the overall stay met my expectations. The breakfast was good. A pleasant base for exploring Pereira, or for an overnight stay for the airport.
