This hotel is located on a busy street. The layout is relatively small, but the facilities are complete and well-equipped, making it suitable for a short stay.

Hotel przestronny, rozległy, na pierwszy rzut oka robi dobre wrażenie. Wiele restauracji położenie przy samym Nilu. Natomiast sam pokój szału nie robił. Brudna wykladzina przy łóżku, poplamiony podnóżek przy fotelu, w łazience jedynie wanna z deszczownicą. Niby wszystko OK ale za taką cenę jest niedosyt. Przy check in musieliśmy czekać ok 20 min ma pokój choć meldowaliśmy się po 15. Przy check out Czekaliśmy ponad godzinę na przywiezienie naszych bagaży z pokoju. Przy basenie stare leżaki. Mogło być dużo lepiej.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. It's clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a tea/coffee set, hairdryer, iron, washing machine with detergent, and air conditioning. The bedding is fresh and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. In the evenings, you can relax on the terrace. Our flight was late, so we left our luggage at reception; they have a designated area for this. The hotel's location is excellent – Tahrir Square, the museum, currency exchange, shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. The noise that everyone talks about in Cairo definitely wasn't an issue here. One evening, we got takeout from a restaurant and sat on the terrace; it was very quiet. I'm so grateful for the previous reviews because this hotel is truly fantastic, especially for such a reasonable price.

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！

I stayed at this hotel five times. Family for the location the fact that it has a swimming pool. Food here for breakfast was not too good because it upset my stomach. I like the staff the rooms are good but some of the views are just terrible. Views of Rocky vacant lots. If you can get a view of the Egyptian museum or the pool. The views can some time kind of depress me. this hotel has a swimming pool and a gym and after a day and Cairo you need to kind of decompress in a pool. I would stay here again this is my go-to hotel in Cairo. I paid $125 a night including taxes with breakfast. Not crazy about breakfast so be careful what you eat.

In general I recommend this place. It's well located, it's new, the rooms are really nice! The rooms are well equipped, big, confortable and clean. I have to mention that the staff in general is nice, Zyad from reception and Mahmoud from the kitchen that serves the breakfast, for example, they are very gentle and kind. I'm thankful for their attention. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the pool. I've been 5 days and they didn't clean the pool any day (maybe because it's not summer anymore and they think is not necessary?), so I didn't had the chance to try it unfortunately. That's a point to improve.

Good clean and new hotel. Reception staff need to pay more attention to the customer instead of talking shop with each other.

The location is good, the area is quiet, there's a large supermarket, and a shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. The room provided didn't match the description and was significantly smaller than advertised, but considering the price, it's not a big deal!

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Maadi. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Pyramids of Giza , however if you a quiet morning person , the traffic can get a bit loud as the hotel is situated right next to the main road. The room did not meet my expectation as advertised on trip.com when asked about some of the amenities, they advised that the holiday has been reconstructed and they still need to update some of the pictures on trip.com , maybe just call and make sure about the specifics of certain pictures. Other than that, great breakfast, fantastic pool vibes and the sushi is to die for, a must try!

The service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..
