The hotel itself is very nice. It looks beautiful and is very clean. My problem with the hotel, and this is no reflection on the staff, is that the pool, bar, and restaurant were all closed. The weather was beautiful and the main reason we picked this hotel was based on the pool on the rooftop. That was incredibly disappointing, so if you plan on staying here any time other than the middle of summer, don’t expect to use any of the amenities.

L’hotel è centralissimo a pochi passi dalla cattedrale. Camere spaziose e moderne. Consigliato per chi vuole prendere un hotel in zona centrale.

Buenos días! Yo había hecho una reserva con ustedes por la que pagué 70,75 euros, que correspondía a una habitación para 3 personas adultas. Al llegar, me dijeron que tenía que pagar 25 euros por la tercera persona, porque a ellos solo les constaba una habitación doble. Espero que ustedes me reembolsen lo que me deben. Saludos

Good location less than 10 minutes walk from the theatre and market. Plenty of on street parking around the side streets. Cool lounge with free coffee and juice. Very friendly staff who were great when asked for extra pillows. Room and bathroom was very clean. Windows quite thin and noise could be heard from the street and other guests leaving rooms.

Pokój jest mały, ale mimo to dość przestronny, a do tego jest sejf na cenne rzeczy. Pokój ma zamek z hasłem, co jest zaletą, więc nie ma obawy o zgubienie klucza. Przez kilka dni pobyt był przyjemny, ale hotel mógłby odpowiedzieć na opinie takie jak moja i poprawić sytuację.

Pobyt w hotelu Port Azafata Valencia był dla mnie bardzo przyjemny. Hotel jest komfortowy, czysty i zadbany, co czyni go doskonałym miejscem na relaks po dniu pełnym wrażeń. Najbardziej wyróżniała się obsługa recepcji — niezwykle przyjazna, serdeczna i pomocna. Zawsze chętnie odpowiadali na wszelkie pytania, dzięki czemu pobyt był bezstresowy i bezstresowy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, wspaniałe doświadczenie i doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny. Z przyjemnością zatrzymam się tu ponownie i polecę to miejsce innym odwiedzającym Walencję.

Chociaż hotel ten nie jest położony w centrum miasta, jest rzeczywiście dobry pod każdym względem. The hotel is clean, modern with all the necessities. It’s located in an industrial area close to the airport and there is nothing around but it’s also next to a commercial center (complete with brands and restaurants) plus it’s only a 15mins to Valencia city center by car. There is also free parking within the hotel area with gate hence quite safe. The room decent (as expected) and clean. The toilet is a capsule type of toilet which works well. Everything is perfect for the quality and price and I would give it a 5/5, except there is no air conditioning in the room when I’m travelling in May. Reason being it’s centralised and they think the weather is still decent and not warm enough to justify turning on the air conditioning. I’m not sure if they ever tried sleeping in but it was horrible. It’s like sleeping in a sauna. Having the windows open helped but around 2am, there’ll be bad smell from factories nearby. The sole purpose of a hotel is allowing the customers to rest and sleep comfortably and it has failed despite all the other features and good services. It’s such a pity

El recepcionista muy amable. Las habitaciones están muy bien, muy limpias con parquet y el baño muy acondicionado con secador potente.para mi gusto les falta una cafetería como tal. Pedí a la recepcionista para tomar un café y me dijo q me lo sacara de una máquina que tienen en recepción y vale 2€. Lo veo excesivo, pues no es un café de cafetera de bar como toca.
