Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.

Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

Amazing location with a spacious room and balcony, the breakfast is also wonderful with fresh homemade bread and offering a lot of amities introduction from the spa and fork and spoon cafe. We have a good time oh and the car park with overnight special offer

Najlepsza lokalizacja. Hotel w starym stylu. Odwiedziliśmy hotel 24, 25 i 26 grudnia, a siłownia i spa były zamknięte. Brak bezpłatnego parkingu. Duży parking znajduje się 5 minut spacerem od hotelu (parking centralny) – 7 GBP za cały dzień. Duża restauracja, bar i salon. Duże sale konferencyjne. Śniadanie w formie bufetu – 12,5 GBP za osobę. Lunch lub kolacja – 25 GBP za osobę. Polecamy pobyt w pełnym wymiarze godzin.

Nice quiet getaway to Bournemouth, stayed in a lovely little Spa hotel with a heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi, perfect weather to enjoy the beach which is only a 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, continental plus ordered hot food and got a very tasty English brekkie to start the day, very enjoyable and would stay again

Bardzo urokliwy i czysty hotel. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Świetne położenie. Bardzo wysoki współczynnik ceny do jakości. Jeśli nie wymagasz standardu Hiltona to ten hotel spełni Twoje oczekiwania.

Great location for daytime but not so much for night. Very noisy outside until at least 3am. We had a family room and it was excellent. Loads of space in the main bedroom and then a separate bedroom with two single beds. Beds were really comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was buffet style. Large selection available and it was very good. The car parking at the hotel wasn’t great. We had to drop our cases then find alternative parking. This was not easy as all nearby car parks were full - cheerleading competition on at BIC. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

It our first stay at this Hotel. It’s in desperate need of updating, the bed was really soft, the carpet was worn in places in the bedroom, but on the plus side there was plenty of storage space unlike your travel lodges etc.But It was clean and tidy with tea makers in the room. We didn’t get chance to use any of the facilities because we didn’t have time, the swimming pool looked good and there was a bar, but there didn’t seem to be a lot of selection beer wise, but that seems to be the same in most Hotels.

Great location , rooms are nice, clean and modern. Good value included breakfast which was good , except only scrambled eggs ,no fried eggs. Parking was expensive at £15:50 and a long walk in the rain. Staff were personable and efficient . I stay in Bournemouth often ,so would stay here again

The restaurant and waiter (David ) were fabulous . The food was delicious and the service from David exceptional . It’s a shame that the receptionist was very curt and nowhere near as friendly . The hotel is very clean and is a good 3srar hotel . I would definitely visit the restaurant in the hotel again but not sure I would stay at this hotel  in the future .
