The location was fantastic, connected directly to the station, bus interchange and shopping malls. The room was probably the biggest I have stayed at in Japan, which was great when sharing with a friend. The tatami sitting area was great to sit in and enjoy the station view, with the trains coming and going. Was not disturbed by any train noise however. They also gave a sheet noting the times you can view specific train models from your room window. Staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Would stay here again next time I'm in Akita.

We stayed two nights. It was a great experience. Room itself is good, bed is comfortable. Got onsen and free half portion of ramen and rice after 7:30pm, which is a bonus. Ramen is delicious. However, service for a part-time staff (a girl) was bad! This is the first time we experienced such bad service in Japan. First, her greeting was mean and rude, with no smile on her face and kind of ignoring the customer. Second, after we got the room key and get ready to take the elevator, we didn't know the way. She just kept ignoring us which a normal staff would show you the way to the elevator right after finished check-in. Lastly, after we entered into the room, we found out that the toilet seat was loosen. So we went down to the lobby to tell her about these. She was so unhelpful that she did not even want to come up to our room to see what happen, but just tild us to use the toilet in the lobby instead! At the end, luckily there was another senior full time staff just on duty, we told him about this, and he immediately went up to our room to see what happen. Will give this senior staff a 5 star. So other than that part-time staff (girl), all were pretty good.

The paid parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel, and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store on the ground floor, which is very convenient. The hot spring is spacious and Korean-style, and it comes with a sauna room and a cold bath. There are three washing machines each in the men’s and women’s hot spring areas. Guests can also enjoy free massage chairs and complimentary ice pops (ice cream) after the bath.

The hotel has a very good location. Although not immediately next to the JR station, it's a short and easy walk to get to the hotel from Akita Station. When you see the Museum of Art in the photo, you are arriving. Also, the famous Senshū Park is just across from the street. It's a grand hotel with nice rooms. The staff are friendly and professional. It's not far from the bar district. There are many interesting bars over there. After a couple of drinks, you can just walk back to the hotel.

Travel Diary: Discovering Nyuto Onsen Village This trip started out as a simple decision—just seeing pictures of the beautiful onsen and the hotel's breakfast and dinner package! It was such a compelling decision that I didn't even bother researching the location. What surprised me most was finding my hotel near Nyuto Onsen Village, a famous historic hot spring village, with a clear view of Lake Tazawako. I spent time exploring the village's seven onsens, each with its own unique charm and hot spring qualities, making this trip even more rewarding than I had anticipated. Upcoming Itineraries: I've already made up my mind that on my next trip, I'll book a hotel during a heavy snowfall so I can soak in Tsurunoyu Onsen. The sight of the outdoor baths in the snow is absolutely captivating. 非常好！房間很寬敞，很乾凈！ 頂樓的温泉不大，但是人也很少，還有冷水池子和桑拿。 如果人多大概體驗感就會差很多。 下午3點到晚上9點有免費的飲料喝。 和式房非常不隔音，隔壁打開書包拉鍊、刷牙都聽的一清二楚。早晨四點鐘被隔壁打呼聲吵醒。

Hotel i pokoje są stare, ale nadal ładne. Direct Lake View jest świetny. Niestety hotel jest orientowany na zysk zamiast orientowany na klienta. Być skupionym na klientach i zysk będzie.... Outside onsen jest podstawowy, ale z miłym widokiem. Wszystko jest zawyżone! (Ustaw kolację 11 000 jen !! Wybierz proszę! Możesz albo uaktualnić i zapytać o te ceny najwyższe, albo zostawić wszystko w tym bardzo starym stanie, ale nie oczekuj, że ludzie zapłacą te stawki... Ponadto muzyka w korytarzu jest zbyt głośna. Obudzi się wszyscy wokół 6AM.... Tylko hotel, gdzie nie było salonu szczęśliwej godziny z darmowymi napojami i przekąskami....

The hotel is very clean with excellent service. The view from the rooftop hot spring is amazing. The surrounding area is a blend of nature and modern culture, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

My husband and I stayed in a twin room, and the bed was big, the room was spacious and bright, and there was a large public bath in the hotel, so it was comfortable. There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient and good value for money. If I come here again, I would like to stay here again.
