„全体的に清潔感があって良かったです。 受付は海外の方で、オープンしたてでまだ慣れてないのかなーという印象でしたが、とても丁寧で笑顔も素敵で好印象でした！ アメニティは少なめなので、くしやコットン、綿棒、メイク落としや化粧水等スキンケア類は持参必須です。 シャンプーはオールインワンシャンプーでボディーソープと一体型でした。コンディショナーは別でありました。 ナイトウェアは無いので持参が必要でした。 駅近なこともあり早朝から電車の走る音が結構聞こえたので、 音が気になる人は耳栓等対策したほうがいいかも？です。”

„Głównym powodem wyboru tego hotelu jest bliskość Doton Plaza (autobus do lotniska Kansai). Podobnie jak ich pralnia (automat), ponieważ są oddzielone dla mężczyzn i kobiet, a także jest w sumie 5 pralek i 5 suszarek. Przestrzeń jest uważana za przestronną w porównaniu do innych hoteli, ale łóżko jest małym podwójnym łóżkiem, co jest bardzo niewygodne. Udogodnienia są bardzo podstawowe. Możemy otworzyć dwa 28-calowe bagaże w pokoju w tym samym czasie i umieścić je pod ramą łóżka. Jest winda (przez parking) z metra, jeśli przywozisz bagaże.”

„Good hotel with spa with mediocre services.  The room was neat, clean and feeling new.  However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings. Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day. Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.  Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time. The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner. The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.”

„Właśnie wróciliśmy z pobytu w hotelu New Otani i było absolutnie cudownie! Od momentu przyjazdu powitał nas przyjazny personel i wyjątkowa gościnność – prawdziwie pięciogwiazdkowa obsługa. Nasz pokój był czysty, wygodny, a widok na Zamek Osaka zapierał dech w piersiach. Śniadanie w formie bufetu oferowało szeroki wybór dań kuchni zachodniej i japońskiej, a wszystko było pyszne. Ucieszył nas również przemyślany prezent urodzinowy przygotowany dla mojego męża – taki miły i osobisty akcent sprawił, że nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. To był jak dotąd nasz najlepszy pobyt w Japonii i już myślimy o powrocie, miejmy nadzieję, że w sezonie wiśni. Gorąco polecam!”

„Value and Booking: We secured an excellent promotional rate by booking approximately one month in advance, making this our most cost-effective accommodation in Japan. The average daily cost was approximately $100 AUD (or $65 USD), representing superb value for money. Accommodation (Standard Double Room Non-Smoking): Space Constraint - The room size is extremely compact. Guests traveling with two large suitcases will find the floor space severely limited, which can impede movement and even obstruct the bathroom door access. Bathroom Configuration - The unitized bathroom/toilet is notably small, reminiscent of an airplane lavatory configuration. While clean, this is a unique space constraint that future guests should be aware of. Cleanliness and Maintenance - The room was clean and well-maintained overall. However, we did observe minor signs of wear, specifically light mildew/molding on the window seals and in some room corners, which could be addressed. Pest Control - We were relieved to find no evidence of bed bugs during our stay, despite hearing general reports of issues in other cities in Japan (like Osaka). Service and Guest Experience: The hotel service was outstanding. We were traveling with a two-year-old child and requested an early check-in to accommodate a mid-day nap. The hotel staff were highly accommodating and facilitated an early entry, which significantly improved our experience and is greatly appreciated. Target Audience Note: As the name suggests, the hotel seems to cater primarily to business travelers over leisure guests, which may influence certain expectations regarding room functionality versus amenities.”
