Perfect location - Very close to Shin Imamiya Station for the JR and Nankai lines. They also let you leave your luggage on checkout day. And the breakfast buffet is good. I do not worry about the smell on my clothes when I go out because they provide fabric freshener spray. I availed of the 2-day Nankai pass to cover Kansai Airport, Namba and Koyasan because of this hotel. Will stay again next time I am in Osaka.

Good hotel with spa with mediocre services.  The room was neat, clean and feeling new.  However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings. Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day. Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.  Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time. The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner. The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.

i can't believe this considered like 2-stars capsule hotel, this is easily 4 stars if not more, really luxury and clean, way above my expectations, guys this is not hostels level😂 this is like a resort. the bed is really comfortable but the pillow was not normal i think it's wheat or something, i asked the receptionist they offer like comfy pillows if you ask, just note, the showers here are public, so everyone need to get naked Infront of everyone on the public bath, luckily there was only one shower with a certain for privacy, inside the public bath, so if that was not available i would really be unhappy, but since it's Available, it's 10/10 experience to me, appreciate it guys

I was thoroughly satisfied with the hotel's service and the clean, tidy rooms. On the second day, as I was unfamiliar with the address, the front desk staff not only took the initiative to print a map for me but also patiently gave me directions. Such thoughtful service left a deep and unforgettable impression on me.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staffs. The hotel is situated just few minutes from Rinku Outlet and the train station. Once you enter the hotel, the ambience and atmosphere are very pleasant. Though it is close to tain station, hotel also provide free shuttle bus to airport and AEON Mall. The room size is huge compared to other hotels in Japan, can open two large suitcases at the same time. Cleanliness and quality is very good, can see the hotel managed very well. Nothing to complain. I need to make good comments on Front Desk staffs for their prompt response no matter via email or walk in person at the Front Desk. The story is the hotel using centralised conditioning, in which I cannot stand the heat though with the window opened, the next day when I I check out I informed them of the situation and they quickly solve the problem saying will arrange a electric fan on my upcoming visit coz I will return to stay for one more night after 14 days before my return home flight.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport! The location is absolutely unbeatable — it’s directly connected to Kansai International Airport, making it incredibly convenient for early flights or long layovers. No need to worry about taxis or long transfers — you can walk straight from the terminal to the hotel with ease. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed, with great views of the airport runway and surrounding sea. The beds were cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent — I was able to sleep well despite being so close to the runways. There’s a great selection of restaurants and cafes right onsite or nearby, so finding a good meal was never a challenge. Whether I wanted Japanese cuisine, something casual, or a coffee before heading out, there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, especially with luggage storage and checking flight times. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and efficient. Overall, Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport is perfect for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to the airport. Highly recommended! ✨

The hotel is easy to find, conveniently located, and close to landmarks and popular check-in spots. Even if you arrive late at night, you can check in by yourself. The staff provides great recommendations and excellent service. Most importantly, they even offer candies, which is a wonderful touch!

1) Krzesła w domu są dość stare. Jeśli masz coś przeciwko, możesz położyć na siedzisku czysty papier. 2) Ze stacji Namba należy wsiąść do metra linii Sennichimae i dojechać do stacji Sakuragawa, a następnie wysiąść wyjściem nr 2. Należy przejść około 10 metrów, nie przekraczając ulicy, aby dotrzeć do hotelu. Zajmie to około 20 minut. 3) Idź na wschód od hotelu, nie przechodząc przez ulicę, następnie idź na północ, aby dotrzeć do supermarketu Kansai, który ma pełną gamę produktów. 4) Poza pierwszym pokojem z przodu hotelu, którego okno wychodzi na wschód, okna każdego pokoju wychodzą na wschód lub zachód. Ponieważ hotel jest wciśnięty pomiędzy inne budynki, okna pokoi skierowane na zachód nie mogą dostać się do środka przez światło słoneczne. Okna skierowane na wschód, nie jestem pewien czy nie dociera do nich również światło słoneczne. Wszystkie okna można otworzyć w celu przewietrzenia.

Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj na 4 noce, ponieważ oferował dobrą wartość. Lokalizacja jest dobra, 5-10 minut spacerem od stacji Juso lub 30 minut spacerem przez długi most do Umeda. W okolicy jest wiele sklepów i restauracji i kilka razy cieszyliśmy się dobrym jedzeniem w pobliżu. „Kompaktowy” pokój jest z pewnością mały, szczególnie łazienka, ale dało się nim zarządzać. Okno otwiera się, aby wpuścić świeże powietrze, a klimatyzacja służy do ogrzewania i chłodzenia (nawet jeśli karta wyjaśniająca, jak to działa, dotyczy innej wersji!). Łóżka były dość wygodne, ale nic specjalnego. W pokoju była duża lodówka do przechowywania zapasów. Wszystko było dobrze sprzątane każdego dnia. Prysznic był dobry, chociaż system wodny w łazience był naprawdę głośny, szczególnie po spuszczeniu wody w toalecie. Pokój był ogólnie cichy, ale wieczorem i rano słychać było hałas od innych gości na korytarzu, ponieważ hotel miał regularne grupy wycieczkowe przez cały tydzień i nie wydawał się utrzymywać obszaru wolnego dla innych gości. Jedliśmy gdzie indziej, więc nie próbowaliśmy śniadania ani restauracji. Wzięlibyśmy pod uwagę ten hotel ponownie, ale prawdopodobnie z opcją pokoju standardowego rozmiaru.

Nice location, few mins walk from station, signboard id easy to identify, comfort room space, able to open 2 big luggages eventhough hotel itself is not modern design. Walkable distance to seacle and rinku premium outlet. Another direction which walkable to trial (24H big supermarket) and pharmacy.
