Wielkie rozczarowanie. Zarezerwowaliśmy go na ostatnie 2 dni naszego urlopu z zamiarem relaksu. Zapewnili nam pokój, ale musieliśmy go zmienić po jednej nocy, ponieważ zaczęli wykonywać prace konserwacyjne na tym piętrze. W drugim pokoju były problemy z wilgocią, nieprzyjemny zapach i mokra podłoga w łazience. Ludzie pracujący tam są bardzo obojętni wobec swoich gości, z pewnymi wyjątkami. Basen jest fajny, ale personel jest bardzo zajęty rozmowami ze sobą, zamiast dbać o swoich gości. Zdecydowanie za drogie. Znacznie lepsze opcje w okolicy z lepszymi cenami i obsługą!

Spędziłem tam pięć nocy, lokalizacja jest OK, hotel jest duży i wystarczająco przestronny, cena jest przystępna, ale członkowie zespołu i pracownicy potrzebują więcej szkoleń, aby zadowolić klientów, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o śniadanie. Nie ma zbyt wielu opcji, ale room service jest na sto osób. Polecam ten hotel ze względu na dobrą cenę

Po zameldowaniu otrzymaliśmy pokój 125. Gdy weszliśmy, zdałem sobie sprawę, że jest problem z pleśnią, ponieważ mam alergię na pleśń. Po sprawdzeniu okazało się, że klimatyzacja była pokryta czarną pleśnią. Poinformowaliśmy o tym recepcjonistkę, która przeniosła nas do pokoju 421, gdzie nadal unosił się zapach pleśni. Kiedy wróciliśmy, żeby im o tym powiedzieć, poczułem ciężar w klatce piersiowej, mdłości i swędzenie, więc przeniosła nas do pokoju 819. Ten pokój był całkowicie czysty i świeży w porównaniu z innymi. Szczerze mówiąc, była bardzo pomocna i jestem wdzięczny, że zechciała pomóc, ponieważ moja podróż byłaby kompletnym koszmarem. Poza tym śniadanie było świetne, pokój wymagał remontu, ale ogólnie był zadowalający.

The attention was really good. Everything is still brand new, that makes the place look better. Just a little suggestion: You really need to control the “monopoly” of the towels reservation on the pool and beach side. People didn’t even go and leave personal things just to separate places (chairs, beds, tables etc).

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

The hotel was in a good location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good, every day there were different hot food choices. The pool was small but my kids still enjoyed their time swimming and playing in the pool. The room was a good size and the two queen sized beds were comfortable.

Hotel looked amazing! It was in a nice location meaning if tourists stayed there they were in walking distance to browse around to visit nearby restaurants and coffee shops! One side of the hotel had a nice view vs the other side had the back view of the hotel.Food was amazing and the night life at the hotel was fun…nice size pool perfect for families, couples and/or friends …air conditioner worked wonders too!

The location was ideal for us and the hotel was very pleasant. We have felt very well for 14 days in this hotel. Very good rooms in the nearby surroundings and also the metro is not far away. Although Panama is not pedestrian friendly, we have walked very much.

Our stay was great, nice location and good service! Also the food was very good. Only thing missing was some seating space in the room. And a 5 star hotel like pool and a free sauna.
