„Stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights. The room is slightly too warm as it operates on a central heating system. The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are warm and friendly. If you do not want to have your room made up, they reward you with 2 QR codes which you can use at the vending machine behind the front desk. We chose this hotel as it was a street across the Shirakawago express bus stop operated by the Toyama Chitetsu Bus company. It was really convenient for us to use it to explore Toyama as well as take a day trip to Shirakawago.”

„Attentive service and excellent location. The hotel is located on the 5F floor of a shopping mall, which is 1 min away from Shinkansen, train and tram station. We were glad that it was so close to the station as we arrived at late night. Walkable distance to the famous Starbucks and also museums. Convenient for shopping and food hunting. There is also a small supermarket on the 1st floor.”

„Second time staying at this hotel. Love the public bath on the top floor overlooking the Teteyama mountains. Good breakfast.”

„The hotel is rather new and very clean. The young man at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Free parking overnight is also very helpful. The room is a bit small but still OK for 2 people. I will consider to stay again in the future if the price is around the same. The only drawback is the location, it is rather far from the city center. Only suitable for traveller who is driving.”

„Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Room is quite big and can fully open 2 medium luggages. Amenities is also provided but require to take from the lobby which I feel is good. There are also Nespresso machine with capsule provided in the room. 2. Located 5 mins walk from Toyama Station. If require to rent car, Toyota Car Renting is located directly opposite of the hotel. Tram, shinkansen, JR train and Dentetsu train are convenient to take. 3. As is nearby the main station, has lots of restaurants/eateries, convenience mart and mall surrounding. However, do note that most of the shops close as early as 8pm nearby. 4. Soundproof was actually good to my surprise despite located along the road. 5. I had opted to walked to Kansui Park which is actually approx. 10 mins depending on your walking speed. The view and scenery overseeing the alps was so good. 6. It was raining during our stay, we were able to borrow umbrella and shoes dryer. Cons: 1. Nearby shop closes too early. Not sure if is because of off peak season. 2. Hardly any cons I could think of. Overall, I recommend this hotel. Great location, service, easily to get food and accessible to transport. Not sure if is off peak season but it was definitely lesser crowd and traffic during my stay at the end of November. It is definitely great time to visit this time if wanted a relaxing trip.”

„Ten hotel był bardzo niespodziewaną niespodzianką. Wszystko o pokoju czuło się bardziej jak 5-gwiazdkowy hotel, w tym prasa do spodni, oddzielny i bardzo przestronny prysznic z głową deszczową, silnym wifi itp. Z pewnością zbadałby ten hotelowy łańcuch w innych miastach.”

„Great service, clean rooms and location not that far from the station. Room seemed a bit bigger than other similar hotels. The first hotel I've stayed at the lower price range that has a TV with Netflix, YouTube and other apps.”

„Dziękuję za pomoc. Zarezerwowałem jednoosobowy pokój, ale zdziwiłem się, bo to jest dwuosobowe. W łazience, kiedy gorąca woda wyciera się z wanny, śluz i kran są wokół śluzówek, więc po szczoteczce wyczyściłem ją zębami. Myślę, że lepiej będzie, gdy wyczyściłem małe szczoteczkę. Chciałbym, żeby inne pokoje były czyste. Potem będę mógł spędzić łatwe czasy.”

„Large room size with lots of spaces even for triple room. Hotel itself is pretty old style interior (shiny wooden). Carpet is a bit old. Location is next to Toyama castle and 2kms from Kansui park at the river. Good for a morning run. Staff at reception area and lobby drop off are very friendly and helpful. The car park is a building away from main entrance.”

„Toyoko Inn never failed me. Good location, the train station is just within 5mins walking distance. F&B is below and nearby there's many. The famous ramenya and Toyama sushi shop is just at next street. Cleanliness is good for 3 stars hotel. Have a small good view from the side to see the Tateyama Alps. with this price we get breakfast as well which is worth! Check-in n out is easy, and have people to help you. Room is consider spacious. Will consider this hotel again for my next visit.”
