The facilities were good, so I extended my stay for another night. It's almost the cheapest accommodation in Budva, but the conditions are quite decent. There's a big supermarket called HDL a short walk down from the apartment, which is very convenient for shopping.

Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel. The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jeśli chodzi o ten hotel: 1. Brak recepcji, bardzo trudno znaleźć, słaba izolacja akustyczna. 2. Pokój jest bardzo mały i nie odpowiada zdjęciom na Ctrip. Zarezerwowałem pokój o powierzchni 20 metrów kwadratowych z balkonem, ale w rzeczywistości pokój miał tylko 10 metrów kwadratowych, a łazienka i balkon również miały 10 metrów kwadratowych (pierwszy raz widziałem hotel, który tak oblicza metry kwadratowe). 3. W pokoju nie było koców, tylko cienkie ręczniki. 4. Postawa właściciela była okropna. Krótko mówiąc, nie polecam wyboru tego apartamentu.

Trochę poza centrum miasta, ale jest autobus, który przyjeżdża co 1-2 godziny, jeśli zamierzasz skorzystać z transportu publicznego, taksówki są również dostępne i mogą być zorganizowane przez personel hotelu w bardzo przystępnej cenie. Wartość za pieniądze jest gwarantowana, a zdjęcia na stronie są dokładnie tym, czym są. Pokoje na 2. piętrze są niesamowite, zapewniają niesamowity widok na morze

The room was huge and refreshing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They always provide what we needed. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. The location was just 10minutes walk to Budva Old Town and near beaches. I recommend the hotel. Kudos to everyone!

Here's the corrected version of the hotel review, with the grammar improved: The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

EevilyachI travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.

ייThis place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ruzmarin Spa Hotel during May. The hotel is just a couple of years old and is in a beautiful setting in the hills just outside Budva. Absolutely spectacular mountain and valley views wherever you look, a really pretty spot. We had a double room with balcony which felt quite spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, fantastic shower and the views from the balcony were superb. We dined in the on-site restaurant several times, dinner twice and breakfast three times. The food selection is great for a small restaurant, quality was good and the service was excellent with a small, intimate feel of a family run restaurant. The staff were lovely, unbelievably helpful and friendly, most were excellent English speakers too which helped us a lot. Special mention to Nađa (sp?) who handled our check-in (we arrived quite early) and check-out, arranged transport, provided great recommendations and did so with awesome hospitality, in a friendly, kind and mature manner beyond her years. The location is a little out of Budva, we didn't have a car, so it was about 10 minutes in a cab (about 8-10 EUR) or a 40-45 minute walk into the old town. The walk in is down hill, both routes have large sections without a footpath, so you're sharing the road with the cars a bit. The coastal route has a good path for much of the journey, but the road is close, busy and loud. We didn't use the pool, though it was open and looked well maintained. Plenty of chairs and sun-loungers which were popular. There is also a spa and sauna which my partner used and enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved the feel and welcoming environment of a beautiful boutique hotel, we would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserA very pleasant hotel with a quiet, intimate atmosphere. In mid-May, the nearby hotels and bars had not opened yet, so the area felt a bit deserted -but we actually enjoyed that. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, with a mix of sand and pebbles and a gentle entrance into the sea, though special water shoes are recommended. Breakfasts are served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant, located on the same terrace, has stunning views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Prices are high- twice as expensive as restaurants nearby. The hotel’s location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Miločer Park and the beaches of Sveti Stefan, Queen’s Beach, and King’s Beach, and around 25 minutes on foot to Pržno, a charming fishing village with many restaurants. If you walk up the stairs near Nobu, you can reach a street with many cafés and restaurants offering very good value for money within about 10 minutes. The staff were excellent. When we had an issue with our room (in the mountain-view room, the restaurant ventilation becomes noisy from around 5 a.m.), the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade and also arranged a late check-out to match the timing of our transfer. On the beach, the staff help with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas, and everyone -managers, waiters, and beach staff alike -was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel! 1) Great location: close to the coast and Old Town, 8 minutes from the bus station, and 2 minutes from a large supermarket. 2) The husband and wife owners are incredibly hospitable and speak Russian. 3) Absolutely delicious breakfasts! The food is clearly made with love. 4) Excellent guest care: there's construction near the hotel, but they specifically placed us in a room where it couldn't be seen or heard. 5) Very clean. Overall, if I'm ever in Budva again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

NNikki_7A good hotel near the beaches. There is a great Captain restaurant nearby where you can eat deliciously. There is only breakfast and bar in the hotel. We were comfortable. Unfortunately there is no storage space, everything was in the suitcases. And there is no cleaning room in the hotel, you need to go to Budva, there are 24-hour washing machines. The staff is polite and always ready to help. In general, only good impressions remain

Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

GGuest UserWe had an executive room on the first floor with city view, sea view would have been towards the ferris wheel and the hotel isn’t tall so in my opinion not worth it. The pool was great. Always a sunbed free. The staff serving drinks and food there were absolutely brilliant. Also had drinks in the bar with great service. The breakfast is very good, the comments about poor service at breakfast are fair. If you go later there’s no fresh juice or even sparkling water and takes some chasing to get staff to get. Don’t let this put you off though. It really is a great breakfast spread and the hotel was absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfy. I’d definitely stay again.
