來北寧出差很多次，這次選了半島酒店，地方不錯，很好找，房間窗户望出去的風景也很好，穿過高速公路，是一個醫院，再往前走，有一個小市場，可以買水果，酒店是一對小夫妻在打理，國人勤奮本色不變，每天親力親為，早餐也不錯，有河粉也有粥，很適合中國胃。

Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

This hotel opened in April '26, so it's only been open for a month. It's newly renovated and the environment is lovely. The location is super convenient, breakfast is included, and the service is great. The staff, especially the ladies, speak Chinese!

I got upgrade to a hugeee room with the panorama view over the city on the 6th floor. The service is great and the facilities are very new and modern, eventhough I only need the TV. The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were professional and courteous, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get to my meetings. Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam. Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.

北寧之行最滿意的選擇——四季花園酒店！ 一進酒店就被花園式的環境吸引，綠植環繞，鬧中取靜，氛圍特別舒服。房間裝修簡約現代，採光很好，衞生做得無可挑剔，毛巾、床品都乾淨無異味，衞浴水壓足、熱水快，完全不像有些越南酒店那樣敷衍。 服務更是加分，從門僮到客房服務都很親切，有求必應，響應很快。酒店周邊餐飲、便利店齊全，去市區景點也不遠，出行無憂。住得舒心又安心，下次來北寧一定還住這裏！

The room is clean and sleeps very quietly at night You can wash clothes for free, the little girl at the front desk will speak Chinese and look cute The back of the hotel is Korea Street, the street is full of KTV beauty, eating is too convenient

設施：套房的設施齊全 服務：前台能夠提供中文服務，非常友善，適合中國旅客入住。 環境：距離北寧市區一公里多一些，購物和就餐都叫方便，位置處於高速立交橋附近，上高速很便捷。 衞生：良好 最驚喜的發現是一樓的餐廳為我們提供了不錯的中餐選擇。早餐也還算豐富。

這次入住體驗超棒。新開的，沒有味道，酒店設計簡約有格調，處處透着用心；房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，隔音效果好，一夜好眠。前台熱情專業，響應及時，服務恰到好處。位置便利，整體安靜雅緻，完全是精品酒店該有的質感，非常推薦。
