Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

Very very good hotel, the software and hardware are not worse than the magnificent, especially the service staff is particularly well trained, warm and thoughtful, too few breakfast categories do not affect the possibility of choosing again. Also, the hair dryer is not easy to use, you can bring it yourself.

Na tylnym podwórku hotelu była duża budowla, która nie była w opisie hotelu. Niestety, ta budowla została usłyszona. W łazience w prysznicu płytka była złamana i złamana w środku, było pół dziury, ryzyko uszkodzenia. Również, nie można zamknąć drzwi łazienki, bo nie miałbyś go na inny sposób. Obszar wellness był pięknym otworzeniem, ale w pierwszej nocy w basenie na ziemi było wiele białych kawałków (nie wiedząc, co to było). Sauna jest prawdopodobnie używana przez wielu bez ręczniki, dlatego drewno jest już ”slima”. Kiedy śniadanie, kiedy było bardzo pełne, człowiek często nie śledzi z resztą rzeczy. Więc naprawdę trzeba czekać dłużej, aż będą tam nowe soki, krojówki, tosty, owoce i whisky. Jednak można zrobić sobie prawdziwe belgijskie waffle. Płynny podkład stoi obok urządzenia i można pocić go i zamknąć urządzenie i obrócić. W przeciwnym razie pracownicy są naprawdę mili i pomocni, a także bardzo czyste.

Hotel jest 15 minut od lotniska, w pobliżu jest konsulaty chińskie. To był stary hotel, za nim chińscy ludzie, chińskie znaki, itp. Śniadanie w hotelu zawiera chińskie pieczone pieczone chińskie i białe pieczone, chipsy, chleb chlebowy, chleb ch Większość gości to pracownicy lotniscy, największe hotele w porównaniu do innych miast.

Absolutely incredible experience at this hotel. From the early check in request they kindly accommodated, to the room upgrade offered, this hotel made the entire Brussels trip truly magical. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was amazing and every night brought restful sleep. The location was very central and it was easy to get around. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location with excellent service and overall a very pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable for what you get. If breakfast were included in the package, it would truly make the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for value and convenience.

Naprawdę przyjemny hotel z bardzo profesjonalną obsługą. Jedynym personelem, który moim zdaniem nie spełniał wymogów 5 gwiazdek, byli ludzie stojący w holu i noszący bagaże. Kiedy przechodziliśmy obok i mówiliśmy coś w stylu „dzień dobry” lub „dobry wieczór”, prawie nie otrzymywaliśmy odpowiedzi. Szczególnie podobało nam się wyśmienite śniadanie, najlepsze, jakie jedliśmy od czasu pandemii.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

The hotel was great, there were a few restaurants very near/attached. Walking distance to a few attractions I was interested in. Great experience
