Very good.  it would be impossible to find better especially for the price. The place was clean, well appointed, nice view out of the window. Brand new furniture, comfortable large bed, clean, coffee in the room, breakfast included … I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee … The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down  I am impressed and very satisfied

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

My husband booked a two night stay at Painter's lodge for my birthday. Apparently the lodge is under new management and just opened 2 days before our stay. This lodge must have been quite the hotel in its day. It needs a lot of work and with love and care I think it will reach its original beauty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were not up and running but we were offered a continental breakfast of yogurt, fruit, granola bars and juice. The location was perfect and the decor was lovely. It felt like time had been turned back to a wonderful era. Lots of history displayed on the walls. We had a wonderful stay.

Was a nice stay as usual, staff are good hotel is nice and modern. Could use some more security or patrols for outside parking. Underground parking was full and ppl park like assholes lol but all in all was good as usual. It’s what you expect for a hotel in down town Prince George on a Friday night.

Niedawno zostałem w Courtyard Nanaimo i miałem piękne doświadczenie. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony, z dobrymi obiektami kawya ładny dotyk, aby rozpocząć dzień. Miejsce było idealne, blisko morza i wiele świetnych restauracji, co ułatwia zwiedzanie tego obszaru. Jedynym zniżką było to, że parking nie był za darmo, co było trochę rozczarowanie. Był też błąd płatności, gdzie moja karta była obciążona wielokrotnie, ale hotel handlował ją profesjonalnie i wydał szybkie refundacje, które doceniłem. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to był wielki pobyt i chętnie wracam! 4/5 gwiazdy ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (byłoby 5/5 z bezpłatnym parkingiem!)

All I can say is the kids loved it other than the beds. The beds were both visibly sunken in the middle. This was in room 164. Our friends stayed in another room and had great beds. Ours needs replacing badly. The worst part was the noise at night heard until everyone settled down for the night around midnight. (We use earplugs and still too noisy) The rooms aren’t sound proof at all. Upstairs or down. Our friends stayed in a room upstairs and had the same problem. The best part was the pool for the kids which is why we chose to stay here along with the included breakfast(yogurt, peaches fruit cups, white bread for toast, cereal, make your own pancakes, juice and coffee. Had milk but no cream for coffee which many voiced their disappointed ). Very minimal breakfast but kids were happy enough. Hopefully management can make a few changes to make the stay better for the guests to come.

Well let's put it this way, you don't go to this Hotel for a fancy hotel, you go for the hot springs. The facilities are starting to become a bit worn, but it's to be expected with so many families and kids running all over. If you want a nicer room, book the tower rooms, the heritage building is very old with thin walls, but it is really neat to stay in the heritage area. I was disappointed because all of my requests were ignored. I asked for a nice view and got the ugliest view in the place. Find it very odd they charge 10 dollars for slippers since most hotels have those. I checked on the actual Harrison Hot springs site as well and it was about half price than here on trip.com and I'm a platinum member on here so I'm starting to think Trip is overpriced here. Check your hotel site first. Also I'm almost positive that rooms booked by trip.com members are given worse hotel treatment. You're basically treated like discount welfare with trip.com

The motel was in a good location. The room was run down and not very clean

Very very pleasant stay. We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there

Hotel is nice, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds. Right around the corner from a couple of fantastic restaurants, but do keep in mind that Prince George is not the safest place to walk around. My biggest disappointment is that there is no hot tub, only a very small swimming pool. The clerk at check-in was nice enough, but terrible at communication. There was also no ketchup at the breakfast buffet, which is a small detail but devastating when the buffet is mainly eggs and potatoes.
