I checked in to Shangri-La Hotel in Fuzhou on 22 Oct. The experience was a pleasant & unforgettable one. I was greeted by Sarah when I checked in She was very friendly and helpful to acede to my request. Upon knowing that I am allergic to smoke smell, she arranged for the highest floor for me. The room is super clean and very big. I would also like to comment on the sincere service of another front counter staff, Wade Fu. He always greeted the guest with warm smiles. He answered all my questions well and showed concern to my safety as I was travelling alone. He made me felt at home. The hotel is in a strategic location, with WuYi Square just 5-min walk away and the there are many eateries within walking distance. Tourist attration ,SanFang QiXiang, is just a short car-ride. My overall impression of the hotel is awesome. I'll certainlyl stay in Shangri-La Hotel when I next visit Fuzhou. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Mieszkaliśmy na piątym piętrze w cichszym pokoju, w którym nie było okna wychodzącego na ulicę. Na szczęście piąte piętro ma sztuczny ogród ze świetlikiem na środku, który pozwala, aby wewnętrzne pokoje również otrzymywały naturalne światło przez duże szklane okno. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Zhongshan Road, making it very convenient to walk to Zhongshan Road and the Gulangyu ferry terminal. There's a wide variety of shopping and dining options nearby. The room facilities are also great, with a very thoughtful design. The staff are friendly and even escort guests to their rooms to explain how to use the amenities. The only downside is that most rooms don't have proper outward-facing windows; they are either faux windows or face an inner courtyard. Our window faced the inner courtyard and was essentially just for show.

I had a pleasant and satisfactory stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou. The rooms are very spacious, and I especially liked the clever sliding divider that allows you to separate the bathroom area when needed. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the metro entrance just a 3-minute walk away.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Jinjiang Bridge, making it convenient to reach all the tourist attractions. It's situated within Quanzhou Taihe Plaza, so you can enjoy the night view of Jinjiang Bridge right from your bed. The front desk staff, especially the lovely lady, was incredibly thoughtful and efficient, quickly processing my check-in and patiently explaining all the hotel's facilities and services. The breakfast was fantastic! Besides the usual Western hotel breakfast, they offered a wonderful selection of delicious Quanzhou local specialties. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Location is superb. There are so many good eatery all around the ancient town. Service is really good.. no need to buy drinking water.. the hotel provide however many bottles we need. The room we booked came with a loft level and my girl is totally happy sleepingon top. Only problem with the room.. there's many mosquitoes in the room. Electric Mosquito removal plugins are provided but we still slapped many mosquitoes throughout our stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.

The room was clean and tidy, with a large window. The front desk staff were very friendly and arranged a high-floor room with a sea view for us. We didn't have time to try the complimentary late-night snack, but the breakfast was delicious. The Shacha noodles were particularly tasty and varied, really capturing the local flavor. They even had freshly ground coffee! The hotel is also conveniently located close to some popular spots in Jimei District. It was very quiet at night, and they even have robots delivering takeout.

There’s a link way to the park with jogging track and river view. One can begin the day with a refreshing walk. The hotel is location at a serene spot. We are upgraded to a bigger room with splendid view, where we managed to catch the beautiful sunrise. The hotel staff are all very attentive and helpful. We appreciate all the details included to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We even could request for special pillow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Strongly recommended.

This is a very very nice hotel. The room was very clean and beautiful, with comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with bath tub. The indoor and outdoor pools were very enjoyable, clean, and perfect for swimming. The food was excellent and offered a wide selection of choices. I am a vegetarian and often do not have too many choices, even in buffets, but here it was different. There were very many different foods to pick from and all were tasty. We very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast and lunch and the afternoon buffet. The personnel was also very polite and kind. The beach is very close and very nice, too. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.
