Vishan Keys Hotel is a fantastic choice for large families. We stayed for a few nights in late March and were blown away by the service. Even when I realized I’d overbooked our two rooms by one night, the management was extremely understanding and easy to deal with. The hotel is very accessible by car, though it’s worth noting for those with a private bus that the street is a bit tight; our bus had to park a few blocks away. However, the staff was amazing—they helped our group (which included several kids and elderly family members) by carrying some of our heavy luggage from the hotel right to the bus. Between the superb service and the lush, green interior decor, we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Mieszkaliśmy na piątym piętrze w cichszym pokoju, w którym nie było okna wychodzącego na ulicę. Na szczęście piąte piętro ma sztuczny ogród ze świetlikiem na środku, który pozwala, aby wewnętrzne pokoje również otrzymywały naturalne światło przez duże szklane okno. I've been to Xiamen many times, but never stayed on Zhongshan Road. This time I chose Zhongshan Road and stayed at Weishang, and I was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel's location is superb, right in the pedestrian street's arcade, making it incredibly convenient for eating and exploring. And to think, in such a prime location, they even have a car park – that's incredibly friendly for those driving themselves! The front desk manager was warm, beautiful, thoughtful, and generous! Pushing open the room door, a strong Southeast Asian vibe immediately enveloped me. The decor is stylish, the attention to detail is excellent, and the smart features are very well implemented. Sitting on the balcony at night, the night view of Zhongshan Road was intoxicatingly beautiful: looking down at the endless stream of people and the neon-lit streets, there was both a sense of being immersed in the atmosphere and a feeling of detached solitude... Thank you, Weishang, for all the wonderful memories you've given me on this trip!

Excellent hotel, every service like it would be in central a world metropolis

I checked in to Shangri-La Hotel in Fuzhou on 22 Oct. The experience was a pleasant & unforgettable one. I was greeted by Sarah when I checked in She was very friendly and helpful to acede to my request. Upon knowing that I am allergic to smoke smell, she arranged for the highest floor for me. The room is super clean and very big. I would also like to comment on the sincere service of another front counter staff, Wade Fu. He always greeted the guest with warm smiles. He answered all my questions well and showed concern to my safety as I was travelling alone. He made me felt at home. The hotel is in a strategic location, with WuYi Square just 5-min walk away and the there are many eateries within walking distance. Tourist attration ,SanFang QiXiang, is just a short car-ride. My overall impression of the hotel is awesome. I'll certainlyl stay in Shangri-La Hotel when I next visit Fuzhou. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I was looking for a place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation — and finally found the perfect option! The hotel exceeded all my expectations: attentive and friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done regularly, and on the second floor there are great amenities — a washing machine, dryer, and steamer. Breakfasts are simple, yet always tasty and fresh. I really liked the location: quiet, no crowds of tourists, and everything you need is within walking distance. My stay turned out exactly the way I imagined — calm, comfortable, and pleasant. I will definitely come back again! Many thanks for the wonderful atmosphere and care for the guests.

Coupl We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is perfectly located, with a stunning view of the lake, which was especially enchanting at night. Watching the moonlight dance on the water while relaxing at the hotel was truly magical. The staff were so warm and accommodating, but we’d like to give a special mention to Scott. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly nature really made us feel at home. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet had a great variety of options, and we were always excited to see what was on offer each morning. We particularly loved the apple oatmeal – it became a must-have for us during our stay! One of the highlights of the trip was strolling around the lake together. It was so peaceful and refreshing, and the scenic walk added such a lovely touch to our mornings. All in all, our stay at Kempinski was perfect. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and grateful for the amazing service and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and views to match!

This is a very very nice hotel. The room was very clean and beautiful, with comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with bath tub. The indoor and outdoor pools were very enjoyable, clean, and perfect for swimming. The food was excellent and offered a wide selection of choices. I am a vegetarian and often do not have too many choices, even in buffets, but here it was different. There were very many different foods to pick from and all were tasty. We very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast and lunch and the afternoon buffet. The personnel was also very polite and kind. The beach is very close and very nice, too. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Love this hotel! Great location very close to subway station and ZhongsanLou with lots of dining choices. Room is great for families too! Very big, equipped with a mini kitchen with induction cooker, pans, utensils, a huge ref and microwave! Practically your home away from home. The breakfast also has lots of great choices! The only ”glitch” for me here is the super long wait in the elevator mid-morning due to many checkouts and breakfast rush. Fire escape stairwell is also locked so we couldnt go down, so we ended up taking the elevator up just to go down. But overall the staff are very helpful, and they even accomodated our extended checkout time.
