The hotel's location is fantastic, making it convenient to get anywhere. Central Street is just a stone's throw away, and the Flood Control Monument by the Songhua River is only about a 10-minute walk. More importantly, the hotel staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. On our second day, we were planning to visit Sun Island, and not only did a staff member explain the route to us, but one lady, who was just finishing her night shift and heading home, even took us to the nearest subway station before going home herself. We really don't know how to thank her enough. Harbin is truly made more beautiful by its many warm and friendly citizens, and we will definitely be back again.

Japan is renowned worldwide for its tea ceremony (Chado) and flower arranging (Kado). The tea ceremony is a distinctive culinary art and a form of social etiquette for tea gatherings. It not only requires an elegant and natural environment but also dictates a precise set of procedures for boiling, brewing, and tasting tea. Great care is taken in selecting and appreciating tea utensils, arranging and decorating the tearoom's calligraphy and paintings, and even in the construction of the tearoom itself. The Japanese view the tea ceremony as a means of self-cultivation, enhancing cultural literacy, and socializing.

I stayed at this hotel for two days while visiting Harbin. It's located right within the Zhonghua Baroque Scenic Area, just 5 stops away from the train station on bus 207, and not far from Metro Line 3. The hotel boasts a retro民國 (Republic of China) design style and even offers various qipaos for guests to take photos with the Baroque streetscape. The shower has great water pressure, and the bathtub fills up quickly. The hairdryer is powerful, making it comfortable and fast to wash and dry your hair. Afternoon tea service is also provided. They offer laundry and drying services; a basket of travel clothes was washed, dried, and returned to my room in less than 3 hours. The direct drinking water system is also very convenient to use. Overall, it felt comfortable and convenient. My only suggestion is that both layers of the bathroom door are glass. At night, with the indoor lights on, you can see into the bathroom from the outside, even if it's not perfectly clear. It would be beneficial to add more covering for both daytime and nighttime privacy.

During my stay, I had some issues with my room at night, and I really appreciate the duty manager for promptly helping me arrange a room change. Their proactive problem-solving was very reassuring. Also, a big shoutout to the housekeeper, Wang Liqiu. She was incredibly attentive. She noticed I had placed my bath towel on the sofa while cleaning, and when I returned, she had neatly folded it for me. She also saw that I had moved the tissues from the vanity to the table, and she thoughtfully replenished them. She noticed many small habits of mine that I hadn't even mentioned. The dumplings at breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the shrimp dumplings and siu mai were very authentic. The pickled vegetables here, in my opinion, are even better than those at some external Northeastern restaurants; the sourness is just right, refreshing and not greasy. I also enjoyed the various tarts I tried at the lounge. The head chef was also super nice. I'd also like to extend my thanks to other staff members whose names I didn't catch!

Our stay this time truly exceeded expectations, and I especially want to commend Mary, one of the staff members. I called the hotel beforehand to discuss multiple bookings, and Mary was incredibly diligent, carefully noting the corresponding room floors for each reservation. She even proactively added me on WeChat for easier communication later on. During our conversation, she learned that we would be arriving quite late and that one of our friends was celebrating a birthday. Mary took the initiative to help us select a suitable cake and bouquet, meticulously planning the birthday surprise. When we arrived, the gifts were delivered right on time to the restaurant via courier, making for a truly memorable celebration. The entire process was thoughtful and thorough; they didn't cut corners just because we arrived late, and we could feel the genuine service at every turn. Many thanks to Mary for her dedicated efforts; this heartwarming little surprise added many wonderful memories to our trip. We will definitely prioritize staying here again for future travels.

The room was huge, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy it all in three days and two nights, haha! The hot springs were clean! The 'yin-yang' hot pot-style pool was hilarious! The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic! The water was so clean, and there were interactive activities at 3 PM which were a lot of fun! The staff were also very enthusiastic ❤️

Staying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, treating guests like family and greeting them politely. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, with a complimentary shuttle bus and a beautiful back garden. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and there's an amusement park nearby. The robot service is a nice touch, and the family rooms are very popular. It's truly a top choice for both business and leisure travelers!

The Wanda Vista Hotel in Harbin is conveniently located in the heart of Songbei District. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would recommend it. Excellent Location and Wonderful Service. I would especially like to thank the tall gentleman wearing glasses who assisted us at the front desk during check-in. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name. He spoke excellent English, so there were no communication difficulties at all, and he made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable. Having a staff member who can communicate so fluently in English is a great advantage for international guests. His friendly and professional service left a very positive impression on us . Xu Tingting at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and welcoming, with a lovely smile. The staff members who cleared the dishes from the tables were equally friendly and attentive, which made our breakfast experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent. It was very convenient to have meals or go shopping at Wanda Plaza and then return to the hotel to rest. There are also many good restaurants nearby, and the museum and department stores are within easy reach, making this an ideal location for exploring Qiqihar. We were very satisfied with both the convenient location and the warm service. In particular, the excellent English and professional assistance provided by the gentleman at the front desk made our stay much more comfortable and left us with an especially positive impression of the hotel.
