It’s a beautiful hotel with rich history. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We tried the famous red bean rice cake and other dishes at one of the restaurants and they are delicious. We also did the one of the secret pathway tour, it’s fun and informative. We didn’t have chance to explore all the amenities of the hotel. The hotel is on a hilltop so it’s less walkable for some people. But it has free shuttle bus between hotel and nearby bus station. Also you don’t have to stay there to enjoy the food or the tour.

Very good place to stay very near liuhe night market, mrt station, staff is friendly and nice, the room and bathroom and also the pool are clean but only the balcony is bad it’s scary to go outside because the floor is made of wood and some are broken already. My daughter she afraid had snake came out😂😂 also hallway and inside the elevator too dark.

Very close to BanQiao train station interchange, large shopping mall and underground shopping district with lots of shopping and nice foods. You can take the bus 1962 from Airport and get off at BanQiao stop without changing to MRT. Staffs were friendly and attentive, Lobby area is nice and tidy, rooms are quite large compare to other newer hotels in Taipei. It also have rooftop swimming pool with nice deco, unfortunately it was winter when we visited and it's too cold to dip into the pool. Love the vibe, location & room - strongly recommended anyone to stay here when are are visiting BanQiao district.

Great experience overall—especially the spa, which was exceptional. However, the rooftop pool fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. There’s no poolside service or even a place to grab water, a drink, or a light snack. Instead, you have to get dressed, walk to the restaurant, explain that you're coming from the pool and want a cocktail to go, wait a long time inside a dimly lit space, then head back out, get undressed again, and finally return to relaxing. It felt oddly inconvenient, especially compared to similar resorts throughout Asia. A bit of poolside hospitality would go a long way.

I think the hotel is pretty much a four star hotel, so not expecting five star service. The room was lovely, with a Lego wall to entertain the kids, and their own floor beds just close to us. I also liked the floor table, easy for us to eat our takeout food. Housekeeping was a bit weird. The beds were not tidied, even though I wasn’t expecting any change of bedding. There were also random toys in the LEGO pile, probably left behind by other kids. Breakfast was almost the same daily but one stand out would be the tea machine to choose any type of flavoured tea. Think bubble tea without the bubbles. Location was not the best but actually manageable even for us with two young kids. It was cooling so the 10 min walk to the nearest metro was fine. The shuttle bus is more like a van that fits only 8 pax, fyi. There’s a convenience store just diagonally across the hotel. Some eateries available too, but note that they only take cash or Line Pay. Service was fine. Staff were always kind and helpful when needed. Umbrellas available for borrowing at the doorstep.

While the hotel appears to have undergone some recent renovations, the overall condition still feels dated, and the quality of the updates is not up to standard. The children’s play area in the basement had a noticeable moldy odor, which was concerning. In addition, the pool facilities feel old and would benefit from a more thorough modernization.

The room is quiet and clean with thong, shamboo and body wash still being offered to guest in the room.I had a high and good view from my room.There are 2 train stations nearby the hotel, local train (station behind the hotel) and banana line train about 7 minutesof walk. Also, a local market- Huaxi street tourist night market, We loved so much a local breakfast that served simple boiled meat and noodle soup by an hard-working lady, and a dessert of sticky rice ball covered with lots of blended sesames and some nuts( unsure) in evening. Lots of food that you will not worry being hungry. Self-laudry is about 10 mins walk.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Super clean, comfortable, staff is super attentive and friendly.. really everything perfect. It was my birthday when I checked out and they even gave me a present.. unbelievably nice! I would always come back here and can highly recommend. And the pool is awesome too! Great place!!

Pobyt w Regent na naszą 20-letnią rocznicę. Pokój był bardzo czysty, idealna temperatura, i oferowali przywitane przekąski. Nie było żadnych osobistych powitań niestety, ale pokój był świetny. Nie oferują one już jednorazowe udogodnienia łazienki, takie jak szczoteczka do zębów, pasta do zębów, bawełna, gąbki, szczotka do włosów itp. Trzeba przynieść własne. Mieliśmy przyjemność korzystania z Tai Pan Lounge. Są otwarte 24/7 na herbatę i kawę, ale oferują przekąski podczas śniadania, lunchu i kolacji na określony okres. Spotkaliśmy się również spa. Nie mają udogodnień mokrej komunalnej, tylko w pokoju, więc czas jest ograniczony w zależności od zarezerwowanego leczenia. Są one w B3 klub fitness i zdrowotny, choć gdzie można korzystać z takich udogodnień w czasie wolnym. Mieliśmy naszą rocznicę kolacji w Robins Grill i to było doskonałe. Usługa była niesamowita, jedzenie było wyśmienite, a wibe był tak przyjemny. Zdecydowanie wrócić do Robins Grill, to był nasz drugi raz! Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nasz pobyt był piękny i nie chcieliśmy wyjeżdżać.

My overall experience at Hotel Kuva Chateau was pleasant, though I was a bit disappointed that the pool is closed during winter and only open from May to September. However, there is a public pool opposite the hotel where you can pay NT 100 to enjoy a nice swim and hot spring. The location is excellent, with a very clean and well-maintained park nearby. The hotel itself was clean, and I particularly liked the bathroom, which featured a spotless bathtub.
