The staffs offered us welcome drinks upon our arrival while the receptionist processing our check in. They also took additional efforts to understand our itinerary and gave us advices. Thus, we booked the Ba Den mountain tickets from the hotel reception (same price) after listening to them. Afterwards , the staff sent us the ticket via WhatsApp and one good thing is he is always contactable if you needed further assistance during your trip in Tau Ninh. The hotel room is cozy and have European design. We love it so much. The hotel breakfast also have variety of choices including Vietnamese and western cuisines. Can’t wait to revisit them in near future.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. They speak very good English and helped us every time we needed taxis. We even had an issue outside the hotel, and they didn’t hesitate to handle everything for us. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was my friend’s birthday, and they even surprised us with a cake, which made the moment really special. A true little paradise in Vietnam, incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, and wonderfully refreshing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place, truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my trip. As a vegetarian, I was touched by their thoughtfulness; the restaurant staff proactively asked for my breakfast preference during dinner. The next morning, they served my pre-ordered meal and a refreshing drink promptly as soon as I arrived. The breakfast was delicious! Although the room was a bit small, it was spotless and well-equipped. Most importantly, I am deeply grateful to the team for coming to my rescue when I got lost in the forest—they truly went above and beyond. They also kindly allowed me a late check-out at 1 PM. Exceptional service that I won't forget!

I had a very pleasant stay at Arina Hotel Tay Ninh. The hotel is in a great location, close to Vincom shopping mall, restaurants, cafés, and many local attractions, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with good air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi.

I never have to worry about surprises—only a comfortable, pleasant stay every time. For anyone visiting the city, whether for the first time or as a regular traveler like me, I can honestly say that Phu Thang Grand Hotel is an excellent choice and a place you will want to return to.

The room facilities were decent. The hotel receptionist spoke Chinese quite well. Breakfast wasn't provided. Getting a taxi was convenient. The room size was acceptable. It's a budget-friendly hotel and worth staying at.

When checking in, there was only 1 receptionist, doing the check-in procedures for a group while on the phone, a bit busy but still friendly and enthusiastic when checking me in. Overall very good, will stay here when I have the opportunity to return to Tay Ninh.

Centrally located hotel, convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean, and the staff are enthusiastic and quickly assisted us with purchasing cable car tickets.
