Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟 It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep. The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.

這是這次最貴的一間。物有所值。 1.位置獨佔優勢。在唐布拉孟克特服務區內。左手是餐廳，右手是加油站。加油站簡直大加分。出了酒店右手就是孟克特古道入口，往蜜蜂小鎮方向開車10分鐘馬路兩邊就是兩排吃飯的地方，個人覺得比蜜蜂小鎮好吃，還近。 2.服務熱情。車剛停在酒店門口，管家小姑娘就迎出來了。行李箱全程幫忙，免費升級房間，很快就辦了入住。有問必答，不管是有關景區的問題，還是住宿的問題，開發票問題。並且告知出門停車場不收費，出去玩之前告訴我提前告訴她何時幫忙開地暖。晚上睡下了還會問需不需要換厚被子，早上還幫忙把早飯打包送到房間。服務的十分周到。 3.軟硬件靠譜。房間寬敞，乾濕分離，燈光設計合理，床墊軟硬度適中，枕頭有乳膠枕，表揚。早飯部分，相當貼心，早上我着急趕路，帶到車上，走到服務區和孩子一起吃，打開一看真的被感動到了。一份小米粥，一份豆漿，兩個韭菜盒子，三個肉包子，一份小菜，一份紅薯玉米，連白糖都裝了一紙杯。

Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning. Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists. A huge thank you to Mr Mabaoming. Thanks again!

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).

Otoczenie hotelu jest czyste, a układ pokoi jest dobry. Stworzyło to dla mnie poczucie domu, bez względu na to, czy było duże, czy małe, było nienaganne. Pracownicy recepcji Zhang Kunran i Chen Jun charakteryzują się bardzo dobrym podejściem do obsługi, są ciepli i troskliwi, są bardzo zadowoleni i wygodni. Lokalizacja: Obok Placu Ludowego jest wygodnie podróżować. Obok znajdują się duże i małe supermarkety, więc zakupy są bardzo wygodne. Lokalizacja jest również w centrum miasta. Hotel posiada kompletne udogodnienia, w tym basen i siłownię, z których goście mogą bezpłatnie korzystać. Bardzo zadowolony. Następnym razem wybiorę hotel Hyde!

I was quite surprised to find a Wyndham Grand Laguna in Turpan. The hotel building is beautiful, with a very exotic feel. In Turpan, a small city in northern Xinjiang, it felt strangely more like southern Xinjiang. The mattress in the room was very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. As a premium member, I was pleasantly upgraded to a higher room type and given welcome fruit. The hotel's public area is a highlight, with a beautiful, high-ceilinged lobby. It's perfect for taking photos and has a unique character! The outdoor pool is also very beautiful, but I didn't have time to swim. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, explaining the hotel's activities and giving me a very warm farewell upon departure. Xiao Mu at the front desk was very attentive! Overall, it was a very good stay.

來庫車玩，住這裏就對了！送的桑拿非常好，負一樓洗個澡蒸一下，沖一把再去三樓蒸一下，各種舒服，心情都好了很多。送的早餐蠻豐盛的，可惜很少葷的，最葷的是牛肉麪裏的兩塊牛肉，其次是薰鴨，最後就是蛋了，牛奶是白白的但是水還是多了，哈密瓜超級甜。房間裏面是不太智能的智能管家，不過也挺舒服了。投影很大，看着很爽，這個價格性價比超好。

帕米爾高原的體驗遠超預期，包括2段3晚在塔縣雪山皇冠的住宿。幸運的被升級直麪金沙灘和雪山的房間，盡享日出日落。高原酒店該有的一件不少，意外居然還有面膜。自助洗衣房設備之多是我多年旅行之最，多日南疆土裡奔波這太重要了。大美新疆，原來旅行條件這麼棒了
