We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

The room was spacious and bright, with a great view, spotless clean, tidy, impeccable housekeeping ensures every corner is clean, with no odors in the bathroom. Comfortable bedding, soft, skin-friendly and hygienic, very good shower with excellent water pressure. The lighting system that meets all preferences caught my attention, it was possible to have completely bright light, half light or low light and light focused only where it was needed, in this sense I felt myself being in a 5 star hotel. The hotel's attention to detail was evident. When first arrived we were very unsure about the place, because there wasn’t any sign in the building saying it’s an hotel, I thought it was an AIRBNB. The elevator and the carpet in the hallway did not match the excellent quality of the room, we thought we had been fooled by the photos on the app. Fortunately, the room itself was even better !!!! Traveling light, carrying the extremely necessary, it’s so helpful being able to use the washing machine, the hotel even supply laundry soap. Highly recommend it and will stay here again! PS:-Foreigners not familiarized with address system in China, as a reference there is a school next to the hotel - QICAI YUNNAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL- ( took a picture but cannot read the name of the school, show this picture to someone when trying to locate the hotel).

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Park Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Green Lake with its relaxing and beautiful surroundings. The service was truly excellent, and the healthy breakfast options were a great way to start the day. My room was clean and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the well-equipped gym located at the top floor, offering a stunning 360-degree view of the city. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

這次入住的體驗真的太棒了！住宿的位置特別方便，去星光夜市和告莊裡的各家網紅餐廳打卡走路就能到，省時省力。房間佈置得温馨舒適，整潔明亮，讓人一進來就很放鬆。 老闆人超級好，溝通起來特別順暢，有求必應。我們不是自駕來的，就在店裡諮詢了包車，價格非常公道合理。更驚喜的是，遇到的司機師傅人也很好，不僅車開得穩，還主動給我們推薦景點、幫忙規劃行程，提供了很多實用的旅行建議，讓整個遊玩過程省心又充實。 這樣貼心又便利的住宿體驗，讓我已經默默決定——下次來玩，一定還會選擇這裏！

**Review of Parisian Riverview Light Luxury Hotel** **Location: 5/5** The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the tourist area and within walking distance to the Starlight Market. The river view from the room was stunning, and having a balcony with a tub was a unique touch. **Staff & Service: 5/5** The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even created a WeChat group to assist us with any questions or concerns, which was incredibly helpful and made communication seamless. **Room & Amenities: 3.5/5** The room itself was pleasant, but there were a few drawbacks. The bathroom showed signs of wear, with some mold in the shower. The bathtub on the balcony was a fun idea, but the lack of privacy screens made it unusable. **Hotel Facilities: 3/5** The amenities were lacking for a ”light luxury” hotel. The rooftop bar was gutted and unavailable, and the gym was very basic. Breakfast had limited (mostly Chinese) options, which got repetitive after a few days. However, the food was always fresh and hot, and the variety of juices and teas helped balance it out. **Overall: 4/5** A great stay thanks to the amazing location and outstanding staff, but the hotel could improve by addressing maintenance issues, adding privacy for the balcony tub, and expanding breakfast choices. Would still recommend for the convenience and service!

This hotel is great if you're using it just for the hot tubs. The staff all seemed a bit unprepared for the services they provided. Most of the hotel is outdoors, the hot tub looked horrible after the leaky roof leaked into it during the rain, they seemed to be unsure of how to do room service, the hotel is outdoors with not mosquito nets so it's almost impossible to be outside at night. The hotels location is literally down a dirt road behind some limber factory so taxis find it difficult to find. The hotel is also way out of the city, do getting to attractions takes a bit more time. Overall it's a nice hotel if you're getting it for a short time or if you need to stay close to the airport.

*All 5-star Rating* The reception staff got in touch the day prior to the check-in, offering pick-up service from the main local transportation hubs. They attended to all our requests very quickly and accommodated all our requirements in a very satisfying way. From the amenity replenishment, complimentary breakfast, to special request like an extra table etc., we feel the attentive service. On the check-out day, we were offered two separate complimentary transfer services and with a packed up breakfast. Very happy with the service and the kindness of the staff members. The room is spacious and clean, the location is close to transportations, and the view is very nice. I would recommend this to friends and will consider staying with Aranya again when I’m next in Dali.

This is my regular hotel in Xishuangbanna, partly due to the fabulous location, and partly due to the service, amenities, and reasonable rates. The river view is fabulous and I recommend getting it if available. Location-wise, it's walking distance to many restaurants, temples, market area, as well as the Starlight Night Market. The staff are friendly and amenable, the breakfast is OK, and the rooms comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend it for consideration.
