„This is absolutely one of the best resort hotels we have stayed. The view to the lake is not the best but we are very happy to be hearing bird chirpping in the morning. The corridor of the hotel is unbelievable wide and spacious. The service provided is amongst the best that a hotel could provide. This hotel in the best location next to Nanhu where most of the sights are within walking distance or very close by. It is offering beautiful and relaxing walks along the lake. Going to the old city wall or to the old town takes only a short ride on the taxi of about 10 minutes. The restaurant for breakfast is just beautiful and the food is excellent. We just love this hotel and we will be back. If you are planning to visit Jiaxing, this will be the best hotel in Nanhu. Jiaxing is just absolutely serene and beautiful. We have taken heaps of beautiful photos and so lucky to be staying at Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel.”

„I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. „The room was clean and spacious, soundproofed, and the living was very comfortable. The green tea sachet used by the boss smelled very good. When I checked out, I casually said that I liked it. The boss gave me one, and the emotional value was full. Unfortunately, because of the heavy rain, I can't go to the beach. „A classic 5 star hotel with top service and amenities.. the hotel is a little bit old but they have maintained it amazingly! The breakfast is very rich with great western options and pastry selection and a whole lot of local food! The swimming pool is LARGE with a lifeguard present at all times,also they have a Hot Suana Tub next to the pool for complete relaxation. The view from the room the incredible,looking over the oujiang river and the light show the night! The play area for kids is also very big. All in all, worth the visit..will definitely visit again!”

„Hilton has always been a hotel brand that I prefer to avoid, as it usually feels like more of a four star, than a five star, experience. However, this hotel was really an exception, there’s virtually nothing to fault. The room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, the staff at check in were friendly, professional and spoke English. If I were to really look for flaws, I find it frustrating that as more and more hotels only supply body wash/shampoo/conditioner in large bottles that are attached to the wall, they only do so in the shower, meaning you can’t access them when using the bath; feels like a pretty big oversight to me. The same with a lack of hand soap by the basin in the lavatory; both basins should have access to hand soap.”

GGuest UserThe three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive. Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help. There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~ I give a super five-star praise to the handsome and careful Xiao Yin!

But to my surprise, besides the affordable price, the hotel rooms still felt five-star quality, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. Plus, the hotel's location is right next to West Lake; opening the window offers a magnificent panoramic view of the lake – amazing! Finally, I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel service. After booking on Ctrip, a staff member from the hotel's reservation department (I think her name was Shao Linfang) immediately contacted me. After understanding my travel purpose and preferences, she arranged a room with a fantastic view and prime location – excellent! This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Hangzhou.

Haha. Service: The hotel has a shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station, which is great. It's about 50 meters straight out from the exit. The schedule is fixed, so you need to plan ahead. It's still more suitable for self-driving. Surroundings: It's very convenient to get to Pixiu Town. There are hot air balloons, go-karts, and water activities. There's also a beer museum to visit with many activities inside, the VR is quite good. However, it's inconvenient to go to other places. Suitable for a vacation if you don't want a crowded experience. Facilities: Both indoor and outdoor swimming pools are available. Cleanliness: Relatively clean. Special Feature: There's an instant noodle bar from 9 PM to 11:30 PM. It gets so crowded it makes you question your life choices.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms this time. The suite was quite good, very spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained. The king room, however, was very ordinary. The lighting was poor, the room was stuffy, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted manually. The bathroom was incredibly cramped. The room service was good. Housekeeping did a thorough and meticulous job. When we called for amenities, they were delivered very quickly, and their response was prompt. Dining, though, was a mixed bag. The buffet restaurant had excellent service, especially from Jiang Qinqin. My family raved about her warm and attentive service every day, insisting I mention her by name. She genuinely went out of her way for the guests. On the other hand, choosing the hotel's in-house Japanese restaurant for our first dinner was arguably the biggest blunder of the entire trip. There were only two or three tables occupied that day, yet the food service was incredibly slow. After we urged them twice, the server completely lost it, burst into tears, and asked why we were rushing her. She then declared she was quitting the next day, got into an argument with us, and even boasted that she was the highest-ranking person there and we could complain all we wanted! I truly don't understand how a single hotel can have both an excellent restaurant supervisor and a restaurant manager who goes crazy and yells at guests. The hiring standards of this hotel are truly astonishing. After this experience, I can only say I will try to avoid Pan Pacific hotels in the future. The baseline is just too low; I can't put up with that kind of treatment.

GGuest UserAnji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation! The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something. The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing! A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time. 4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options. Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!

AAnonymous UserHad a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

Our room was spotlessly clean, and the attention to hygiene details was impeccable. The direct, first-line lake view of Qiandao Lake is breathtaking – the water and sky merge into one, creating an expansive and unbeatable vista. There are amazing viewing spots everywhere. A special shout-out to the hotel's innovative travel photography service. The photographer was incredibly professional, excellent at finding the right angles and guiding poses. They even managed to capture stunning, high-quality shots against the light, preserving so many wonderful moments. All the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, treating guests with warmth and courtesy. The entire experience was fantastic. This is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Qiandao Lake, highly recommended!

The room size here is very generous; we booked a twin room, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious. What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service. Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience.
