Wonderful service - guard and porter at the front, efficient front desk, upgraded to a Nile room. Pool side was great with a view of the Nile, plenty of chairs and fresh towels,  although bar staff sometimes a little slow on drink and food refills this could be forgiven Buffet breakfast had a good selection including eggs made to order, staff very attentive Dinner selection was OK but again great service 

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind in einem rustikalen Stil, haben aber alles Grundlegende vorhanden. Einzig die Lage gibt dem Hotel hier deutlich Minuspunkte, da es doch sehr außerhalb und in einer ungeteerte Straße liegt. Ein Uber / Taxi zu bekommen war dementsprechend nicht so einfach.

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed. The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient. When we asked if the hotel has first aid kit, as my husband was scratched by a cat and needed sanitary treatment, the receptionist just directly said “No”, although he promised to check and came back to us, he didn’t… The room is good but the bathroom is quite old and the AC heat function didn’t work - it’s just around 8 degree during night in Aswan.

When I read the reviews, I wasn’t sure if I should stay here—but in the end, I’m so grateful I made this amazing decision. I was traveling alone and prefer a slower pace rather than rushing from one tourist spot to another. I originally booked for three days but ended up extending my stay by one more night because I absolutely loved the environment here. Transportation: If you’re using INDRIVE, the correct location to input is Pyramisa Isis Island pick-up point. However, on Google Maps, you can also navigate to Travel with Weso—it’s the same place. From there, wait for the shuttle boat, which comes about every 10 minutes. The ride to the hotel takes around 7 minutes. During my stay, I visited Abu Simbel Temple and Philae Temple, but you need to first take the shuttle boat back to the city to start those trips. Service: Huge thanks to Manager Christine. After a 12-hour train ride to get here, her warm smile and kind service made me feel instantly at home. She arranged an early check-in and even upgraded my room to one with a beautiful balcony overlooking the Nile. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly. The whole experience was so touching that on my last night, I had tears in my eyes as I passed the reception. They noticed, and when I got back to my room, I received a call just to check in on me. During breakfast, the servers were attentive and often engaged in light conversation, which made the whole experience feel warm and relaxing. Facilities: As mentioned in other reviews, the facilities are a bit dated. But in my personal experience, the cleanliness was acceptable. Previously, I stayed in a Pyramid View room at Mena House in Cairo, and honestly, I found the cleanliness to be similar. Perhaps it wasn’t great in the past, but maybe they’ve improved. The breakfast is buffet-style with a modest but sufficient variety: about 5–6 types of bread, a salad section, hot dishes, and beverages. Sailing Experience: This was the highlight of my stay, and I highly recommend it. Ask for Captain SAFI—a reliable and professional Nubian sailor. You can find him right next to the hotel’s dock, so there’s no need to go all the way into town to book a sailboat. These boats serve only hotel guests, so the service quality is excellent. Just agree on a price you’re comfortable with—there’s no hard selling. Even better, they are happy to tailor the experience to your preferences, including timing and what kind of scenery you’d like to see. I love the Nile, so I ended up doing four days of sailing. • On the first day, I enjoyed a one-hour sunset cruise. • On the second day, I swam in the shallow waters of the Nile for two hours, then visited a Nubian village, returning to watch the sunset on the river. • On the third day, Captain SAFI introduced me to beautiful water-bound trees and I swam again. I later found out they even offer full-day trips where you can drift along the Nile on the sailboat—but sadly, I was about to leave. These few days were deeply immersive and serene. The gentle, peaceful Nile has become one of the most special and unforgettable memories of my life. I’m especially thankful to the thoughtful Captain SAFI for such a wonderful experience. ⭐️ I hope those of you choosing to stay here will fully experience the magic of the Nile. Wishing you all peace and joy. I truly hope to return again someday.

Excellent room, and very friendly and sincerely caring staff. The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Monica the Guest relation manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay is at its best. Ibrahim from the breakfast restaurant always prepare our breakfast to go as our excursions were very early. Thank you Tolip staff for making our stay memories unforgettable. THANK YOU.

Very good hotel with excellent value for money facilities. Big and clean rooms, nice staff and excellent manager Mr. Islam will do everything to make your trip comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

Okay, so the Basma Executive Club was really lovely. The service was genuinely great – everyone was so helpful and friendly, which made a big difference. The facilities were also top-notch. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool with its amazing view of the Nile, and the executive lounge was a nice perk. My room was comfortable and had a fantastic view too. Overall, it was a really pleasant and enjoyable stay in Aswan.

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

Pierwszej nocy pokój nie był czysty. Po naszej pierwszej skardze, obsługa sprzątająca wykonała proste sprzątanie, ale stan nadal nie był zadowalający. Po drugiej skardze zlecono dokładniejsze sprzątanie i pokój w końcu był czysty — mimo że była już po północy (około 1 w nocy). Personel hotelu przeprosił i uprzejmie zrekompensował nam to zniżką na kolację, co doceniliśmy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jesteśmy zadowoleni z szybkiej reakcji i poprawy jakości usług. Jeden mały minus: godziny otwarcia obiektów (spa i siłownia) kolidują z typowymi godzinami zwiedzania. Ponieważ otwierają się późno i zamykają wcześnie, nie mogliśmy z nich korzystać. Byłoby wspaniale, gdyby hotel mógł rozważyć wydłużenie godzin otwarcia. Na pochwałę zasługuje dekoracja ręczników w pokoju. Niespodzianki każdego dnia po powrocie ze zwiedzania. Utalentowana kreatywność w tworzeniu sztuki na ręcznikach.

這是我第一次會如此願意並且想要推薦一家酒店。 雖然距離市區有點遠，但是indrive打車很方便，會直接送到整個度假村的前台。 辦理入住的時間段有點忙碌，但是前台工作人員Alaa, Sara和其他人都非常友好和高效，同時Marvel也過來和我熱情交流。他們都非常專業地回答我各種各樣的問題，這是給好評的第一個原因。 我比原計劃的入住時間早到了一個小時，所以我決定體驗一下他們的天然精油全身按摩。從酒店前台會有免費穿梭巴士送過去療養中心，叫做MGM。Nadia非常和藹和專業地為我介紹了項目，並且為我準備了所有的物品。按摩期間也很舒適，合適的價格，完美的服務。 按摩結束後回房間，行李已經給我送到了房間。非常細心！！！ 房間裏很舒適，衞生也非常乾淨。我沒有找到可以讓我挑剔的地方，而且純天然的洗護用品非常好用！！！ 然後我去體驗了一下免費的泳池，有冷熱水兩個池，面對尼羅河，風景很好，泳池狀況維護得也很好。 然後應Marvel的邀請，參加了一個免費贈送給我的yoga的體驗課程，來自哥倫比亞的瑜伽大師，為我們帶來了一場極致的聲音體驗和身體放鬆。很特別，非常震撼。 晚上回房間休息，床品很舒適，環境也很安靜。 唯一後悔的事情就是，我衹計劃了在阿斯旺停留兩天一晚，要不然我真的很想在這裏多休息幾天！ 非常好的一個度假村，五星推薦！
