To był najlepszy hotel podczas mojej podróży do Gizy/Kairu/Luksoru. Chociaż był to krótki pobyt, ponieważ zatrzymałem się tam w celach turystycznych, chciałbym ponownie odwiedzić ten hotel, aby odpocząć. Widok na Nil był spektakularny, pokazywał zieleń wzdłuż brzegu rzeki i pustynię za nią, i dokładnie tak wyobrażałem sobie Nil. Wnętrza hotelu są czyste i urządzone w stylu egipskim. Śniadanie w formie bufetu było bardzo obfite i obejmowało dania egipskie, takie jak falafel i hummus, a także ladę z jedzeniem. Pokój miał wiele udogodnień, a ciśnienie wody i temperatura pod prysznicem były dobre. Dostarczono także plastikową butelkę wody. W pobliżu sali śniadaniowej znajdował się bankomat (można było wypłacić tylko funty egipskie)

This was my first favorite accommodation during my trip to Egypt. The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. If you ask the owner, they'll arrange a balloon tour, Luxor, or Xian for a reasonable fee. Even if you're late for photo shoots, they'll wait for you until late and safely escort you back to the hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel's excellence. I highly recommend it. I hope it prospers! ^^

Steigenberger Achti enjoys a beautiful position right on the Nile River on Luxor’s East Bank — perfect for scenic sunrise/sunset views and relaxing by the water.  It’s about a 15-minute walk (or a short taxi ride) to Luxor Temple and other central sights. The rooms are comfortable and clean, many with balconies facing the river, though the décor leans slightly dated rather than contemporary. Service is generally warm and attentive, with staff eager to assist with logistics, tours, or simple day-to-day requests. Breakfast is a highlight, with a generous spread enjoyed against a scenic backdrop, while other dining options are convenient if not particularly memorable. While the area outside the hotel can feel busy and a little chaotic, the moment you step inside, the atmosphere shifts to something far more relaxed. Overall, Steigenberger Achti is a solid, dependable choice in Luxor—ideal for travelers who value location, views, and tranquility over ultra-modern luxury.

Joie Ville was wonderful. Our Nile View room could not have been better located stunning views. We opted for half board and the buffet evening meal and breakfast had plenty of options and was of good quality. We also ate from the pool bar and bought drinks - exceptional prices for everything. The ability to call for a golf cart to collect you and take you around the large estate was a welcome addition in the August heat. We are already planning another Luxor trip and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is excellent, with spacious rooms offering a beautiful view of the Nile that makes every moment feel special. The food was delicious and consistently impressive, and the hospitality was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A truly memorable stay in Luxor — highly recommended.

Hotel jest duży, to wolnostojący, biały budynek położony niedaleko Nilu w Luksorze. Lokalizacja jest dobra, niedaleko świątyni Karnak. Na dole znajduje się mały supermarket, często odwiedzany przez miejscowych, z rozsądnymi cenami; croissant z czekoladą kosztuje 15 funtów egipskich, a 1,5-litrowa butelka wody Nestlé 9 funtów egipskich – idealne miejsce na przekąski. Pokój był przestronny. Pościel i koce nie były nowe, trochę zmechacone, ale wciąż czyste. Początkowo przydzielono mi pokój 501 (ostatni dostępny) podczas zameldowania, ale zostałem przeniesiony do pokoju 510, który jest mniej oddalony. Klimatyzacja była trochę stara i głośna, ale znośna dzięki zatyczkom z redukcją hałasu. W pokoju były dwie butelki wody, ale brakowało jednorazowych kapci, szczoteczek do zębów ani kubków. Szampon i żel pod prysznic znajdowały się w małych butelkach bez foliowych uszczelek, co sugerowało, że nie były wymieniane po każdym myciu. Na butelkach znajdowały się resztki szamponu. Ciśnienie gorącej wody było silne; w nocy było bardzo gorąco, a rano letnia. Rano 1 sierpnia 2025 roku, około godziny 5 lub 6 rano naprzeciwko mojego pokoju, słychać było głośny hałas prac budowlanych. Izolacja akustyczna hotelu nie była zbyt dobra i mogła obudzić. Osoby, które niedawno tu przyjechały, powinny o tym wiedzieć. Recepcja hotelu oferuje bezpłatną przechowalnię bagażu, co jest wygodne dla osób, które planują odwiedzić Dolinę Królów tego ranka, wrócić do hotelu, a następnie opuścić Luksor. Spóźniłem się na autobus linii GO o 14:35 i musiałem wsiąść do autobusu o 19:35 do Hurghady. Spędziłem kilka godzin w hotelowej strefie wypoczynkowej i ogólnie obsługa była całkiem dobra; personel był uprzejmy i pomocny. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, cena za ten hotel w Luksorze jest dość rozsądna. Było kilka drobnych niedociągnięć, ale nie napotkałem żadnych poważnych problemów. Często podróżuję sam, więc zabieram ze sobą jednorazowe ręczniki do twarzy, jednorazową szczoteczkę do zębów, małe butelki kosmetyków i Crocsy. Polecam każdemu podróżującemu do Egiptu zabranie tych rzeczy.

This is really a hidden gem in Luxor! It’s on the quiet west bank and near to Valley of king, queen, nobles, artists! The Arabic style room, building and garden meet all my imagination about Tales from 1001 nights! The owner is such a kind lady. She will arrange cars and tours at very reasonable price! They also have the best food and coffee in Luxor! The menu changes every day!! All the staffs are also so kind and helpful! They will have new buildings by end of 2024. If I ever come back to Luxor, I will definitely stay here again and longer! My best memory in Egypt!

Podobał mi się hotel. W pokoju wszystko w porządku. Tyle że nie ma pilota do telewizora, ale gdybyś poprosił, daliby ci go. Lodówka paruje jakby została ukąszona, woda zamarzła przez noc)) wychodząc z hotelu, zaraz po lewej stronie znajduje się Aleja Sfinksów. Skręć ponownie w lewo przez skrzyżowanie do Kościoła katolickiego, po 10 minutach spaceru do Świątyni Luksorskiej. Przez cały ten czas idziesz na parking wozów konnych))) w prawo 10 minut samochodem do Świątyni Karnak, ale samochodem nadal będziesz jechał przez Świątynię Luksorską, wygodniej jest obejść Sfinksy. Jeśli pójdziesz na prawo od hotelu, przejdź 100 kroków, a na skrzyżowaniu zaczynają się sklepy, lokalne kawiarnie i restauracje. O 12 w nocy wielu nadal pracuje, można kupić wodę i przekąskę. Wino i wódka są tam również otwarte w jednej z alejek do 12, jeśli masz ochotę na coś mocniejszego niż piwo. Na ulicy w kierunku Świątyni Luksorskiej wzdłuż koni i sfinksów znajdują się co najmniej dwa wymienniki. Załączyłem wszystkie zdjęcia. Swoją drogą, nie bójcie się widoku centrum miasta. Drugiej nocy chodziłem tutaj ciemnymi uliczkami, nigdy mnie nie zatrzymali)) ogólnie jest poczucie bezpieczeństwa, biorąc pod uwagę specyfikę)))

The hotel has a really nice location with a beautiful river view, which we truly enjoyed. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying. However, we found that the staff was not very helpful when it came to cleaning up the tables during breakfast, and the room was a bit noisy due to outside traffic, which affected our sleep. At reception, the personnel provided good service and quality assistance. One issue we encountered was during the booking process through Trip.com: we reserved a double bed room expecting it to accommodate two people, but upon arrival, we were informed that the double bed room was only for one person. We had to pay an additional charge to stay as two guests, which was unexpected and could have been clarified earlier. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but clearer communication about room occupancy policies and soundproofing improvements would enhance the experience.

stunning classical Chinese garden, famous for its unique rock formations that resemble lions. The labyrinth of rocks creates an intriguing, peaceful atmosphere where visitors can explore hidden paths and quiet corners. The garden also features beautiful pavilions, tranquil ponds, and lush greenery, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and reflection. It’s one of the best examples of Suzhou’s traditional garden design, combining nature and art in a harmonious way. If you’re in Suzhou, it’s definitely worth a visit.
