Wszystko świetnie. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, hotel wygląda nowocześnie, ale jest nieco zaniedbany ze względu na różnych wczasowiczów. Tuż przy promenadzie. Skybar jest więcej niż rozsądny pod względem ceny i oferuje wspaniały widok na plażę na Majorce.

Uwaga bardzo dobra. Doskonały bufet. Szczerze mówiąc, estetyka i wyposażenie/pokoje są trochę przestarzałe, ale łóżko było bardzo wygodne, czyste i jeśli chodzi o spędzenie nocy, jest świetne.
Nie ma telewizji, ale moim zdaniem najważniejsze rzeczy (łóżko, łazienka, bufet i obsługa) są pokryte. Powtórzyłbym bez wątpienia. Stosunek jakość/cena bardzo gorąco polecam.

Lokalizacja jest idealna, 3 minuty od plaży, śniadanie jest spektakularne, kolacja nie jest warta swojej ceny.
Mieliśmy problem z przydziałem pokoju, ponieważ według tego, co nam powiedzieli, przydzielają ci pokój (odnowiony lub nie) w zależności od tego, u kogo dokonasz rezerwacji. Zarezerwowałem przez Trip i wygląda na to, że jeśli nie zarezerwujesz przez Booking, nie dostaniesz dobrych pokoi. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy, rozmawialiśmy z dość niegrzecznym i nieprzyjaznym dżentelmenem. Powiedzieliśmy mu o problemie z brakiem rezerwacji tego pokoju. Po rozmowie powiedział nam, żebyśmy porozmawiali z dżentelmenem, który będzie w recepcji następnego dnia. Pani była super miła, sympatyczna i pomocna. Tak jak wszyscy w recepcji.

Nie zdecydowałem się na pakiet żywnościowy, więc miło byłoby mieć w pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty oraz ewentualnie małą lodówkę. Zauważyłem plakat w recepcji z reklamą lodówki za 40 euro. Nie jestem pewien, czy to kaucja, czy opłata.
Lokalizacja jest dobra, z dostępem do autobusów EMT i TIB. EMT przyjmuje tylko gotówkę, a TIB pozwala na włączanie i wyłączanie wody zwykłą kartą bankową.
Przygotuj się na to, że łazienka zamieni się w śliskie, mokre pomieszczenie, ponieważ sprzątacze nigdy nie wymieniają mokrych ręczników ani dywaników. Prysznic szybko się przelewa. Ponadto, aby dobrze dopasować toaletę, trzeba mieć 127 cm wzrostu, więc trzeba siedzieć bokiem, ponieważ ściana jest tuż przed nią.

Hotel spoczko, przede wszystkim czysto, śniadania smaczne i zupełnie wystarczające, kawa z ekspresu raczej jakaś rozpuszczalna więc takie 3/5. Obsługa pomocna, jest pomieszczenie na bagaże gdy wczesny przyjazd lub późny wyjazd, spokojna okolica /byliśmy początek kwietnia/. Blisko sklepy kawiarnie przystanek autobusowy. Można tam wracać 🙂

Room was very clean and hotel central to restaurants. Parking only available on the street or municipal lots nearby.
Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, beans, veggies, yogurt.
Bathroom was very small and you had no room to move around.
I’d think of this as 2 star vs 3 star hotel as it did feel very basic.

One of staff explained all of things and she let me know that walking street at night is safe and where are great places for going to bar and restaurants

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.
Dining & Service:
The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents.
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty.
Overall:
PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

GGuest User“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner.
The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence.
The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00.
While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy.
Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car.
In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.
