Przyjechaliśmy przed czasem zameldowania, ale pozwolono nam wejść od razu po zakończeniu sprzątania. Personel jest miły i przyjazny. W szczególności bagażowy pokazał nam kilka pysznych restauracji w pobliżu. Basen na dachu nie jest duży, ale widok na Ateny był niesamowity. A co najważniejsze, basen był czynny do 23:00, więc mogliśmy cieszyć się atmosferą ośrodka wieczorem, nawet po zakończeniu zwiedzania i kolacji.

Naprawdę nieprofesjonalna obsługa w recepcji. Chodzi o to, że dołączam do dwudniowego spotkania. Moja grupa zarezerwowała już dwa noclegi bez płatności (dyrektor pokryłby koszt jednego noclegu, a ja muszę zapłacić za jeden nocleg zgodnie z naszą umową). Następnie zarezerwowałam jeden nocleg dla siebie i zapłaciłam online, a pozostała jedna noc, którą pokryłby dyrektor. Kiedy przyjechałam na zameldowanie, recepcja natychmiast zażądała płatności za jeden nocleg, ale nie mogli znaleźć mojego imienia ani nazwiska mojego męża w żadnej rezerwacji – nigdy wcześniej nie spotkałam się z tak okropną sytuacją (nie sprawdzają, ale łatwo to zmienić, nie dbają o moje dane, w ogóle nie słuchają, kiedy podałam nazwę grupy). Pracownicy hotelu nie mogą znaleźć rezerwacji nawet na trip.com ani od grupy 😂. Muszę wtedy zapłacić za jeden nocleg (który dyrektor zapłaci później), a on nadal prosi o numer mojej rezerwacji na trip.com. To fatalna praktyka, nigdy wcześniej nie spotkałam kogoś, kto ma wszystkie dane, ale nie potrafi ich sprawdzić… Może być Typowa osoba tutaj, bez nastawienia na obsługę i bez próby zrozumienia. Zajmuje mi to 2 godziny, żeby porozmawiać i stać się swoją winą za podwójną rezerwację... 😒, a on pyta mnie: „Skąd wiem, że zapłaciłem w drugą noc 🙄?”, prosi o okazanie wyciągu online w mojej bankowości elektronicznej !?!?!? , Kiedy pokazałem, powiedział, skąd mam wiedzieć, że to podłe dla Stanleya (wyciąg pokazuje idealne podobieństwo liczby dziesiętnej do płatności pod nazwą trips.com...????) Tak bezsensownie potraktowana obsługa. W końcu odzyskałem pieniądze, z pomocą moich greckich kolegów. Jeśli musisz tu rezerwować, proszę nie oczekiwać, że będą blisko standardu hotelu jednogwiazdkowego. To jedna z najgorszych usług, z mojego doświadczenia. Dobrze sprzątany pokój, blisko metra, ale nic w okolicy, proste udogodnienia.

Definitely recommend this hotel. I've never written a review before. Welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and carry a warm smile. Restaurant staff go out of their way to meet your requirements. And they even allow you to store your luggage if your flight is later then your check out. Not only they allow you to all that, but go as far as allowing you to use the pool area..the swimming pool shower. One of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. Top. 💯

El hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila y bonita aunque algo lejos de Atenas, acrópolis (40 min en bus y metro). El hotel se ve renovado y muy bonito, el personal súper amable y dispuesto a ayudarte con todo, hablan varios idiomas así que seguramente una persona de recepción hable tu idioma y te resulte más fácil entenderte con ellas. La única pega es que en la avenida que pasa justo al lado del hotel es muy amplia y por la noche se escuchan ruidos de motos pasando a gran velocidad, el aislamiento de las ventanas se podría mejorar aunque pudimos descansar perfectamente.

Просто восторг! Тихий чистенький уютный отель на самом берегу. Если надо отдохнуть от городской суеты, перелетая из мегаполиса в мегаполис через Грецию, здесь стоит остановиться и насладиться красотой и спокойствием. Очень гостепреимый персонал, белоснежное белье и полотенца, чистота. Вид из ресторана и веранды, просто чудо. Все номера смотрят на море.

GGuest UserReview for NYX Esperia Palace Athens – Luxurious Stay with a Few Caveats We stayed at NYX Esperia Palace Athens for four full days – two couples, each in an Executive Suite with access to the business lounge. The welcome was warm and efficient, and we received our rooms exactly at 3:00 PM, as per hotel policy. The suites were clean, stylish, and well-equipped with amenities such as disposable toothbrushes, shaving kits, loofahs, a hairdryer, and more. One of our suites, located on the 7th floor, even had a partial view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely bonus. The room’s climate, lighting, and curtains were all operated through digital controls, designed to pamper guests — although, in practice, they were not very intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. For instance, turning off the bedside light required getting up and walking to a control panel. The TV included Israeli channels (11, 12, and 13), which we appreciated. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the waiter service was above average. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional care provided by Ilia, the hotel's Public Relations Manager. She guided us almost from the moment we arrived until we left — recommending excellent tavernas, booking taxis, restaurants, and arranging a private guided tour. On our last day, we were also warmly greeted by Dionysia in the lounge — charming and attentive. That said, there were some drawbacks: Reception service was inconsistent – not all staff members were welcoming; some appeared cold or offered forced smiles. The business lounge was disappointing – small, crowded, with modest food and drink offerings and uninspiring seating. It felt more like a repurposed room than a proper lounge. The pools require advance reservation, with no room for spontaneity. Usage hours are segmented (e.g., 1–4 PM or 4–7 PM), and spots after 7 PM are very limited. The rooftop pool area is crowded, and the adjacent restaurant is also open to non-guests. Rooftop restaurant experience: One evening we returned from a night out and hoped to enjoy a drink with a view. Although two front-row tables overlooking the Acropolis were available, we were initially told they were reserved. Minutes later, we were informed we could sit there for a €25 minimum spend per person. The sudden shift from ”reserved” to ”available for a price” was off-putting — especially as hotel guests staying in suites. The guided tour recommended by the hotel involved nearly 4 hours of driving during a 5-hour trip, leaving us with very little time at each stop. We suggest skipping it. Bottom line: The hotel is modern, very clean, and the suites are luxurious. Service is mostly excellent, particularly thanks to Ilia and Dionysia. However, don't count on spontaneous access to the pool or rooftop restaurant — enjoying those requires planning ahead, much like booking a theater show. If you value well-designed suites and structured experiences, this hotel may be a great fit. If you’re looking for flexibility and full-day pampering from hotel facilities — you might find it a bit limiting.

AAlexandraI traveled to Athens for a business reason. The room was in the center, spacious near shops for coffee and food. It provides paid parking right next to it, so you don't have to look for a place. The service is amazing and the staff is very kind!! I would definitely choose it again!!!

SSarah JanesThis place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

The hotel is right by the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and featured local flavors. Kahvaltısı yurtdışı standartlarinin çok üzerindeydi. Meyvesinden kuru yemişine kadar her şeyi düşünmüşler. Bir daha Atina'ya gitsem yine bu otelde kalırım. Ayrıca personellerin hepsi güler yüzlü ve samimiyetle yaklaştı. En son gün otelden çok erken ayrılmamız gerekiyordu. Kahvaltınin ücreti önceden ödendiği için 11 kişiye ayrı ayrı kahvaltı paketi hazırlayıp verdiler. Havaalanında yedik ve yumurtaya kadar koymuşlar. Mükemmeldi çok teşekkür ediyorum 🙏🏻

GGuest User7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries. Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time Overall: a very pleasant stay

GGuest UserUnfortunately this hotel was a complete nightmare, I arrived with serious eye infection and got no understanding or help from the staff. Noone helped me getting to the hospital. Then I even got a horrible room that was noisy, and NO window that could be opened. While complaining to the manager the next day I got even treated worse making up lies that I was yelling to the staff, which is NOT TRUE. I was just in pain asking for a better room or better service. Oh also they recommended the parking space for my super expensive car claiming its SAFE to leave them my car keys. I asked twice if this is really safe as my complete luggage is still in the car. When I went there to get my luggage out, the car was open!!! with the key inside. In the middle of Athens and noone there even from this parking team. like a complete fail on sooo many levels. The heating system is always on in the rooms making huge noise, also the pool downstairs has crazy machines making the whole night sounds. I am so happy I found another beautiful hotel around the corner quiet and excellent service!!!! Just dont stay there, its not good. Even the pool area is a joke and no jacuzzi in winter on the roof, they are not worth any visit!
