Saya tinggal 5 malam di hotel ini untuk acara seminar. Lokasinya memang cukup jauh daei pusat kota, sekitar 20 menit jarak tempuh menuju pusat kota. Namun hotelnya sangat nyaman dan harganya terjangkau bila saya bandingkan dengan hotel-hotel melati di pusat kota. Menu sarapan sederhana, tiap hari ganti, rasanya lumayan, tersedia mesin kopi. Parkir mobil tersedia dan mampu menampung banyak mobil. Hotel ini baru beroperasi 5 bulan dan lokasinya terletak antara bandara dan pusat kota. Lokasinya tenang, kasurnya empuk, kamarnya dingin, stafnya ramah bantalnya empuk dan jumlahnya banyak. Tersedia coffee maker, kulkas. Tersedia fasilitas gym 24 jam, sedangkan kolam renang belum dapat digunakan. Harganya sangat affordable termasuk sarapan. Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini untuk staycation nyaman.

Nice strategic hotel location.
Its a pity the hotel is not really well maintained.
Not so clean windows and room.
But Star points to hotel staff for agreeing to my request of changing up the (seemingly used) bed sheet at 10 pm local time as i only managed to check in at 9pm.
Room cleanliness should really be improved.

Dziękuję za pomoc mba Kia podczas procesu check-in i check-out, przyjemne doświadczenie pobytu w Grand Maya przez ARTOTEL, mam nadzieję, że wszystkie obiekty hotelowe mogą być bardziej kompletne w przyszłości.

CCZWONGStayed at Favehotel Banjarbaru for a quick two-night business trip. The garden setting was lovely, and the pool area offered a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are simple but comfortable—air‑conditioned, clean linens, coffee/tea station, and daily housekeeping. The airport shuttle and free parking were convenient extras.
On the downside, service felt inconsistent when checking in—staff seemed overwhelmed—and breakfast service could be slow. While the overall value is good, cleanliness in some rooms and overall responsiveness of staff felt below expectations at times.
Perfect for a budget‑friendly stay near the airport or shopping—it’s just fine for a short stay, but service and upkeep could use a boost for a more seamless experience.

NNyomansuparta97I stayed at this hotel for five nights for a seminar. It's quite far from the city center, about a 20-minute drive to the center. However, the hotel is very comfortable and reasonably priced compared to budget hotels in the city center. The breakfast menu is simple, changing daily, and the taste is decent. There's a coffee machine. Parking is available and can accommodate many cars. This hotel has only been open for five months and is located between the airport and the city center. The location is quiet, the mattress is soft, the room is cool, the staff is friendly, and the pillows are soft and plentiful. A coffee maker and refrigerator are available. There's a 24-hour gym, but the swimming pool isn't yet open. The price is very affordable, including breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable staycation.
