A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable.
The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.

Niesamowity hotel z cudowną obsługą! Świetna cena! Wszystko super! Personel jest przyjazny i uprzejmy!
Jedyny problem: nikt w ogóle nie rozumie rosyjskiego, ale to drobiazg, bo są aplikacje do tłumaczeń!

位置與交通： 酒店位置很好，離我要拜訪的公司和地鐵站都很近，周邊也有不少簡餐和咖啡館，商務宴請或自己解決都很方便，大大節省了通勤時間。
環境與設施： 大堂有專門的商務區，辦理入住高效。房間設計簡約實用，辦公桌寬敞，燈光柔和明亮，網速也很快，處理文件和視頻會議完全沒問題。床品舒適，隔音效果出色，能保證一整晚的優質睡眠。
服務與細節： 工作人員非常專業，退房時還主動詢問是否需要發票和消費明細。客房服務響應及時，加送礦泉水、提供熨燙服務都很迅速。早餐中西式結合，選擇豐富，能吃得飽且好，為一天的工作開個好頭。
總體來説，這家酒店在滿足核心差旅需求方面做得非常出色，設施到位、服務高效。下次出差來這邊，這裏一定是我的首選。

Ho fatto un soggiorno con un’amica, posto molto bello, posizione ottima, camera con vista sul mare. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, siamo arrivate in treno con facilità, il ritorno per noi è stato un problema vista l’alluvione della notte, ma alla reception sono stati tutti gentilissimi e ci hanno aiutato a trovare il modo di tornare. Colazione squisita, c’è davvero di tutto. Servizi ottimi, super consigliato. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Za każdym razem, gdy jadę do Parmy, zatrzymuję się w tym hotelu, ponieważ jest on bardzo blisko dworca centralnego i rzut beretem od centrum. Śniadanie jest obfite i urozmaicone, a jeśli nie masz ochoty szukać restauracji na kolację, w hotelu znajduje się restauracja. Struktura jest nowa, a pokoje są doskonałe!

Personel był super przyjazny. Miejsce za bardzo przypomina mi Wework. Może to sekretne dziecko Adama Newmena, które kochał po usunięciu kuzyna?
Ogólnie czysto, a personel jest super przyjazny, polecam.
Zapomniałem zrobić zdjęcia, więc ciesz się zdjęciem centrum miasta w pobliżu tego hotelu. Pomyślcie tylko, jak hotel i atmosfera Wework wyglądają.

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes.
Pros:
• Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna.
• Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs.
• Impressive decor and spacious common areas.
• Plenty of parking space.
Cons:
• Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated.
• Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing.
• Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets!
• No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool.
• Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket…
Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

Vvickie.thetGreat stay overall! Highly recommended for students and young travelers. You can focus on ur work in the study spaces on ground floor. The reception was helpful and could communicate well in English. However if u want to extend ur stay at the hotel, I’d recommend booking on trip.com as from my experience, it cost me like €93 per night in person, which cost only a little over $80 when I booked again online. But this might just be me- might be different for others! Plus, the Sushiko opposite the hotel has some good Japanese food!

The only niggle was little noise from the room next door, but not a big problem. For the price, I was satisfied and would still consider staying here on my next visit.

Very friendly and good staff, and a very pleasant and friendly hostess who will solve any of your questions, there is a supermarket and a blue restaurant serving excellent pizza in 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop number 9, which goes from the airport. Within walking distance of the city center, which is about 15-20 minutes away. I also recommend renting a bicycle at the hotel. It costs only one euro per day and you can explore the surrounding area. The hotel is equipped with surveillance cameras and there is always someone at the reception, so you don't have to worry about security.

GGuest UserGreat location, only a short walk to and from the old town centre, and right next to the Parma Centrale. Parking available, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the staff ensured that we were well taken care of.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel isn't in the city center, it's not too far away. It has free parking, which is great for those traveling by car. If you turn left when you exit the hotel, there's a large Extracoop, making shopping very convenient.
