Hotele z: Pools w Fukushima Prefecture, Japan

Very big hotel. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Not too bad. Buffet selection. The only down side is that the ski area is not ready.

初めてハワイアンズに行ってモノリスタワーに泊まりました。わからないことだらけで、行く前にお電話したところ、大変丁寧な回答をしていただきました。受付の方も丁寧な対応で気持ち良く過ごせました。小さいタオルも貸していただけたら良かったです。 与一のお風呂にもタオルがあると助かります。

The hotel is very good with great proximity to the ski  place. The room is clean and cosy with great views. And the onsen is very good that it had long opening hours, we can go after the ski to relax.  However, it would be better if the guest had a choice of whether the room can be made everyday or after we left. And it will be even better if more variety of restaurants/ cur-sine  can be provided rather than just buffet.

料理もお部屋も大変素晴らしい宿でした。 夕食・朝食ともに品数が多く、盛り付けや味も丁寧で、季節感を感じられるお料理に感動しました。 用意して頂いたお部屋もフルリノベーションされていたためとても綺麗で、温泉旅館というより高級ホテルのような清潔感があり、もしトラブルがなければとてもリラックスできたと思います。 お部屋の露天風呂は、温度調整ができるようになってからは湯質・雰囲気ともに最高で、時間を忘れて過ごせました。 また、大浴場も3種類あり、それぞれ趣の違う露天風呂が楽しめました。滝や手入れの行き届いた庭園を眺めながらの入浴は本当に贅沢で、季節ごとに訪れたくなる魅力がありました。 ただ一点、とても残念だったのは、宿泊初日にお部屋の水回りトラブルが続いたことです。水が出たり出なかったりを繰り返しており室内の露天風呂の温度が調整できず熱すぎて入れなかったり、洗面台やシャワーの水が子供が怯えるほど激しく出たり全く出なかったりと、安定しない状態でした。 さらに夜にはトイレが逆流して床と壁が濡れてしまい、せっかくの滞在中にかなり不安を感じました。 フロントの方は夜遅い時間にも関わらず工具を使って配管の調整を試みてくださり、その姿勢自体はありがたかったです。ただ、結果的に完全に解決はせず、部屋の移動などの提案もなく「様子を見てください」という形で終わってしまい、深夜に不安を抱えたまま過ごすことになりました。 翌日になってもこちらから確認するまで説明がなく、誠実なフォローが感じられなかったことも心に引っかかりました。この価格帯のお部屋でこのようなトラブルと対応は、正直これまで経験したことがなくとても驚きました。 また、もう一点とても不安に感じたのは、大浴場で母が男性客に覗かれるという出来事があったことです。 フロントに伝えたところ「外国人観光客が増えており、間違えて入ってきた可能性がある」との説明でしたが、母が見た限りでは日本人男性であり、その対応にも不信感を覚えました。 安全面での対策（見回りや案内強化など）を取っていただけたら、より安心して過ごせる旅館になると思います。 全体としては、施設や料理のクオリティは非常に高く、本来であれば最高評価をつけたいほど素晴らしい旅館でした。 だからこそ、トラブル時の対応や安全面での誠実なフォローが今後改善されることを願っています。

Visited with the family during peak summer July season. The positives: The hotel was clean and check in was available on time. Room was clean, well insulated and full of natural light. Just be prepared to pay extra for most things you may think would be included.

It is best recommended for traveling with your dog. I went for the first time, but I was impressed by the dog heaven. It was a cottage night, but I didn't care about the sound of other cottages and I was able to stay happily. Good point. To było bardzo piękne ośrodek! Widok z naszego pokoju był zadziwiający! Następnego ranka nasz powrót do dworca kolejowego czekał, gdy dojechaliśmy do holu. Kości były przygotowane o 6:00. Obiad był tylko rezerwacja, czego nie mieli. Przejść 20 minut do małego miasta do ukrytego sklepu z kamieniami Ramen, który otworzył się o 19:00 i jedzenie było niesamowite.
