นอน4คน ได้ห้องที่เป็นฟูก 1 คืน 2หมื่นบาท รู้สึกว่าแพงเกิน วิวสวยจริง แต่ตอนไปห้องโบวลิ่งปิด ไม่ได้เล่น และไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า อาหารไม่ได้หรูหรา ออนเซ็นรวมธรรมดามาก ไม่มีopen air ถ้าจะไปแช่ต้องนั่งบัสจากโรงแรมไปแช่ที่อื่น ส่วนเครื่องดื่มในห้องไม่มีเบียร์ให้ฟรี ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมที่ราคาถูกกว่านี้ยังมีเบียร์ฟรีให้ ถ้าถามความคุ้มค่าเทียบกับราคา คิดว่าไม่เหมาะสม อุส่าขับรถมาตามเขา คิดว่าจะดีกว่านี้ คงไม่มาพักที่นี่อีก ไปหาที่พักอื่นที่ราคาถูกระแวกนี้คุ้มกว่า

酒店位於山上，風景優美，有泳池可惜唔夠時間，有溫泉，最好楂車比較方便，入住時服務員只會說日文，但好有禮貌，酒店多數客人是日本人一家大細多，早餐豐富好味!

We had a great stay at Kamenoi Hotel Aso Park. We booked a room in the South Building, which was spacious,clean, and had a large, comfortable bed. The hotel provides yukata robes in various colors, which was a lovely touch for guests to enjoy the onsen experience. ♨️ The onsen was large and relaxing — perfect after a day of exploring Aso. 🚗 Parking was very convenient, located right next to the hotel. Just across the parking area, there’s a 24-hour convenience store called Obentou Hirai offering ready-made bentos, hot meals, ramen, and udon — extremely convenient for late-night snacks or quick meals. 🍱 We chose a room-only package without meals, and in the morning, we visited the local souvenir and food center at Aso Station. It had a great selection of local foods and breakfast options, plus plenty of gifts and souvenirs to bring home. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything we needed nearby. Highly recommended if you’re exploring the Aso area!

酒店位於高原的平原上，空氣清新，附近風景很美，但地點比較偏遠適合自駕遊旅客，去阿蘇火山很近。 我入住新館，因為剛剛翻新，所以房間比較大，房間裝修很新，佈置簡潔，陽台外風景很美，住得舒適。 前台服務員是外籍人士，容易溝通及有禮貌，當我查問有沒有房內有私人溫泉池的房間可讓我們升級入住時，服務員主動為我安排一個家族風呂在我們指定的時段免費享用，這點很貼心。 酒店提供的自助晚餐及早餐一般，食物款式不算多及不夠熱，這是唯一令我們失望的地方。

Pokój jest dość szeroki, widok na okno jest bardzo piękny, letnia pogoda jest ładna, a rzeka z niebieskimi różami odzwierciedla niebo, zielone drzewa, białe chmury. Pracownicy przystawek są bardzo przyjazni, łagodni i uprzejmi, mogą rozmawiać po angielsku lub tłumaczy, a usługi są bardzo uprzejme. W hotelu jest spa, ale nie mam doświadczenia, bo nie czuję się dobrze. W hotelu jest rowery dzielone, można je odkręcić i odkręcić zamek, a w mieście jest świetny jazda na rowerze. Ludzie są ładni, spokojni, porządni i na spacer. Ludzie są tu bardzo przyjazni. Miałem tu 4 dni wolnego i mam nadzieję, że w przyszłości ktoś przyjdzie i wróci.

The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

The hotel is not a fancy one, but the staff members (mostly elderly ladies but one or two of them have very good English) are all very nice. Its award-winning food service is definitely a must-try here, especially the dinner as it comes with sunset view. We were lucky to be arranged a window seat and was able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while eating the delicious kaiseki dinner. Breakfast is also very nice. And because it’s not your typical touristic destination, you are getting a very good value for money.

The onset was good in that hotel as it had both rooftop and open pool and I found that the water healed my painful water. The room looked a bit old to me but I guess I could have chosen a modern look. The hotel receptionist was kind to recommend us where to go for dinner. I think it is one of the best hotels if you stay near Mt Aso.

Solid hotel. Close to the airport, decent facilities, quiet atmosphere and nice service. I recommend trying the hot springs. Bring a towel there with you!
