Zatrzymywałem się tu już wiele razy i gorąco polecam ten hotel. Atmosfera, czystość i wyposażenie są na najwyższym poziomie. Większość personelu zapewnia doskonałą obsługę. Tym razem jednak wystawiam negatywną opinię, ponieważ hotel nie mógł znaleźć mojej rezerwacji jednego z trzech pokoi w systemie, mimo że pokazałem im swoją rezerwację. Pracownik recepcji zażądał nawet okazania moich danych dotyczących płatności. Ostatecznie hotel znalazł wszystkie rezerwacje w swoim systemie. Ten błąd hotelu sprawił, że mój pobyt był bardzo nieprzyjemny. Uznałem, że personel hotelu był wyjątkowo niegrzeczny, prosząc o okazanie moich danych dotyczących płatności, po tym jak pokazałem im już rezerwację, i oczekuję przeprosin od hotelu.

Wszystko było w tym hotelu świetne, od widoku po obsługę. Plaża jest przepiękna i czysta. Na plaży jest sporo beach boyów, którzy czekają, żeby Ci coś sprzedać. Jeśli jednak grzecznie powiesz im, że nie jesteś zainteresowany, zostawią Cię w spokoju. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko lotniska Ukunda, zaledwie 10 minut jazdy samochodem. Jedną z głównych rzeczy, nad którymi ten ośrodek powinien popracować, jest jedzenie. Jedzenie nie dorównuje standardowi pięciogwiazdkowego kurortu. Jest raczej przeciętne niż przeciętne. Wybór jest ograniczony. To było moje największe rozczarowanie. Jednak dzięki wspaniałym widokom i obsłudze, mogłem cieszyć się podróżą! Na pewno tam wrócę i mam nadzieję, że do tego czasu jedzenie będzie dobre.

Понравилась зеленая территория и небольшой, но удобный бассейн, создающий ощущение оазиса. Просторные номера, много розеток , просторная душевая, хорошие средства для душа и шампунь. Работает потолочный вентилятор. Кондиционер в номере можно включить за экстрапрайс, +15 долларов в сутки. Завтрак средний, делают омлет, яичницу и панкейки, вкусные сосиски из мяса. Но. Вся нарезка в баночках. И, ладно, колбаса, сыр, масло порционно в баночках, по три тончайших слайса. Но так же подавать огурцы и помидоры, которые в Кении стоят копейки, это смешно. На дне баночки 2-3 ооочееь тоненьких слайса. Поесть овощной салат утром нереально. Не разделяю восторженных возгласов по поводу еды в их ресторане, ничего такого. Некоторые блюда совсем невкусные. Три дня никак не могли не могли нормально поменять полотенца для бассейна. То не приносили и одного, то только одно. При этом, когда ты уже у бассейна и только что заходил в свой номер за полотенцами, которых там, к твоему удивлению (каждый раз) нет, ты вынужден доказывать на ресепшен, что полотенец опять нет. И ты просишь их все-таки принести, тк ты уже у бассейна, к бассейну. Но, эти удивительные люди упрямо не ту их в номер. Но не сразу, конечно, рекорд по скорости 20 минут, а так 40 минут-час. И это после 15ч дня, когда уборка в номере уже была, но полотенца вчерашние унесли, а чистые не принесли. И никто не извиняется. Для них это норма. В общем, слабый сервис, слабая кухня, расположение. Хорошая территория, бассейн, номера. Завышенные цены за минибар и в целом за кухню.

Мы останавливались в отеле одну неделю. Чистые номера. Балкон с видом в сад. Здесь по утрам завораживающее пение птиц. Приятный услужливый персонал. Бассейн с лежаками и бар с напитками. Смузи и соки здесь очень вкусные. Очень понравился местный чай с имбирем и молоком. Завтраки вкусные. Мы пользовались ме ресторана на ужин. Большая тарелка морепродуктов для двоих очень вкусно. Здесь и рыба, кальмары, осьминог, и половина лобстера, рыбная котлета. Да-да, рыбная котлета большая и очень вкусная. В номере давали воду и чай с кофе. Регулярно меняли белье. Для нас был один минус- это конференции, проводимые в отеле. Находясь в зоне бассейна не приятно, когда группа в черных накидках из порядка 20-30 человек осматривают отдыхающих. И да, до моря пешком 10 минут или можно доехать на тук-туке. Все же, это не в шаговой доступности.

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel for the price. The property is spacious, the rooms are fresh and cleaned daily, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes are provided. The staff is welcoming, and the breakfast offers a great variety. From 4 to 5 PM, there’s a complimentary tea and pastries service, which is a lovely touch. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of loungers equipped with soft cushions. This is definitely a place I would consider returning to.

They helped with meals and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made a real difference, and we are truly grateful to have met them and spent a few days in what feels like a hidden paradise. The location is beautiful—a peaceful beachfront property in a quiet, uncrowded area with plenty to do nearby. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Diani Airport, so having a car is highly recommended. Make sure to follow the Tiwi Beach exit rather than relying on the GPS coordinates to reach the property. It is also advisable to buy supplies, including drinking water, before arriving at the facility. The penthouse itself has incredible potential and offers stunning views, but unfortunately it is not well maintained and still requires significant work. Basic structural improvements are needed, including proper ceiling finishing, fencing, and treatment of the wooden furniture due to visible infestation. Another issue is that there are many open gaps and spaces around the penthouse structure, which allow insects and even cats to enter the room. This significantly affects comfort and hygiene and should be addressed with proper sealing and screening. Overall, the staff and location are fantastic, but the penthouse urgently needs proper maintenance and finishing to match the beauty of the setting.

IIgor_S_SI recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming. However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation. I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements.

There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone. It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive. One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

AAmyLCThis is our 4th visit to Papillon. The staff are amazing here. The animation team have such energy, the water aerobics is like nothing else. Everyone is always busy working, from the gardeners to the housekeepers to the pool attendants. Joseph and Raphael on the bar were excellent as always. Abdullah the pool attendant is always on hand with towels and keeps the pool clean. The rooms are always kept super clean with fresh linen and bottled water daily. The rooms now have a fridge and kettle (but you need your own teabags etc). The food and drink is great, lots of choices. The beach is stunning with pure white sand. Love this hotel and recommend to others

The monkeys and birds sometimes help themselves from the guests' plates. Other hotels in a similar situation deal with this annoying problem in a better and more professional way. Basic drinks and ice cubes are often missing. The fridge was missing in the room and the cell phone system didn't work either. For a so-called four-star hotel with a corresponding price, one can expect a lot more in all respects. than just smiling staff. Unfortunately not to be recommended.
