Hotele z: breakfast w Grand Est, France

Very conveniently located to the train station and quiet. The staff prepared a thermos of hot water on request and it looks like they can provide toothbrushes and sewing kits if needed as well. Well catered breakfast and the 24/7 luggage storage lockers are a boon, they even have fridges for perishables. And look at the view of the Notre Dame cathedral from the window.

The location is excellent, with the B tram stop right outside. A walk along the Ill River from the hotel to Petite France offers fantastic views. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and a supermarket is about 100 meters away.

The room was more spacious than I expected. It had a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, which was very convenient. It was also close to Strasbourg station, so the location was very convenient as well.

The hotel's location is great, directly opposite a large shopping mall. It's also a short walk to the Old Town, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and tidy. There's a small laundry room on the first floor, and you can buy laundry detergent pods at the front desk for 2 euros. The lobby has a ping-pong table and a pool table. I recommend staying in a family room; the two beds are very large, and the room is relatively more spacious. The Cathedral View rooms are a bit smaller, and they face west, so they get very hot when the sun is out. At night, there's a music bar across the street, and the room's soundproofing isn't great, so it can be a bit noisy. Public parking lot P2 is a 5-minute walk away. We parked for two nights and used the hotel's discount voucher, which cost 32 euros.

Excellent hotel placed in a great location. Room was spacious and very clean with very nice decor. Loved the ambiance of the hotel and the layout helped the charm. Walk straight out into the action but yet very quiet at night inside. Totally recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

The hotel is hardly to reach by car because of the weird one way streets in the city. Finally we made by driving backwards;) It's even almost impossible to unload luggage in front of the hotel, the street is narrow and blocked by bus stops. There should be some advise in the booking confirmation. (We only wanted to stop for the luggage and had no intention to use the private parking of the hotel. The water basin of the pool definitely needs more attention in refǵards of cleaning...

This is the first night of the Fari trip. I arrived at Paris Airport in the morning and rented a car to the hotel. The hotel is close to the city center, but the road in front of the door is a one-way street. There are not many vehicles passing by and it is not noisy. The location is very good. The parking garage is not too big, the entrance is less than a little on the facade of the hotel, don't drive it, otherwise the one-way line will have to retrograde or detour. After arriving, ask Shangtai Garage entry method and then check in early. The service is standardized and the hygiene is impeccable.

Quick check in, Nice entrance, good location. Pillow, bedding are comfy! Room in good size. Quiet and modern design where I can have good rest especially I was feeling unwell! However. More improvement on staff training! 1) The hotel could inform us earlier to let us know the city centre is blocked for the Xmas market. 2) Instead of just passing me the city map, the Reception could have share more information about the city, and Christmas market info. 3) Housekeeping took more than an hour to send over amenities. Finally sent over after follow up call. 4) Housekeeping knocked my door at 10:30am despite I have my DO NOT DISTURB sign hang on my door. After I opened, the lady asked when am I leaving, ask their manager asked her to check on me. I was puzzled as I understand the check out time af 12noon, and I was right! I found this extremely ridiculous to knock the guest door with the sign hanging, for the sake of knowing when they can clean the room!!?? 5) Arrived on a Sunday, walked into the restaurant. No one serving or trying to ask for your need. After my approach, they only provide snacks/light eats. A la carte not available. Disappointing! 6) There was a person waiting near the hotel entrance at night time, yell at you for asking for money, and being rude if you don’t support. Overall, the hotel itself is nice! Need better management!

The location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away. The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small. The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.
