Udogodnienia: Do dyspozycji gości jest centrum fitness, basen i pralnia. Higiena: Pokój jest bardzo czysty i schludny. Otoczenie: Sklep spożywczy i hotelowa ulica handlowa na parterze znajdują się bardzo blisko, a balkon znajduje się tuż za placem, co nieco ogranicza prywatność.

Znajduje się w pobliżu lotniska i jest bardzo dogodny dojazd do miasta i restauracji w okolicy. Centrum handlowe Lotte duty free znajduje się w tych samych budynkach. Recepcja mogłaby być bardziej przyjazna dla gości, zamiast być robotami wykonującymi swoją pracę bez uśmiechu i serdeczności. Ponadto, jeśli zapytasz ich o jakiekolwiek pytanie, odpowiedź nie będzie tak przyjazna. Doświadczenie w mieście Jeju Lotte było całkowicie odwrotne do doświadczenia w miejskim hotelu Seoul Lotte. Zespół Seulu był niesamowity w kwestii gościnności. Zespół Jeju nie dba o to.

This is my 2nd time staying here at Bolton hotel and I was able to book the same exact room. The bed is so soft and the shower is so hot. The view looks great. The area is near many thing within walking distance. Level floor has KFC next door. It was delicious. Free parking is great. Please liste. To the attendant for instructions as it's a auto storage parking type. The lobby is great hang out and you can leave luggage there for early arrivals and after checkout. I asked for a wine bottle opener and they had one right away. The pictures I took look exactly like their pictures. I will try to stay here again.

Beautiful and new. Comfortable bed and clean room Location is close to airport, convenient to travel around for sightseeing. Carpark may be limited during peak periods.

Bardzo podobał mi się ten hotel! Przyjechaliśmy wcześnie i powiedzieli nam, że zameldowanie jest do 3, ale możemy tam zostawić bagaż. Uprzejmie pytamy, czy była możliwość uzyskania ładnego widoku i mamy to! ! Pani w recepcji była miła i powiedziała nam, że być może pokój będzie gotowy o 14:00, abyśmy mogli zameldować się godzinę wcześniej. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko głównych atrakcji, do wodospadów można dojść pieszo! zatrzymaliśmy się tam na dwie noce! Chciałbym, żeby było tego więcej! Autobus limuzyna 600 zatrzymuje się bezpośrednio przed hotelem! I podobało mi się, że mieli większą różnorodność na śniadanie... Mieli mini rogaliki hahaha i musli, mleko i ekspres do kawy esspreso był lepszy niż w innych miejscach! ! och, widok z dachu był niesamowity!

Widok z pokoju był świetny, a na dole znajdował się sklep spożywczy i smażone kurczaki, co sprawiało, że wszystko było pod ręką.

I stayed in the hotel tor just one night. Hotel looks very nice on the outside! Room was very nicely decorated. Bed and toilet was clean. Table and cups was clean too. Looks like there is a bit of dust on the table but that is fine. TV works great! Most importantly, I felt safe as a solo female traveller. However, I could hear noise from outside inside the hotel room late at night/early morning. Noise insulation not the best for light sleepers. Also, a shout out to the male hotel staff at the counter, for helping me to call a cab to get to the airport. Only cost me (5000-6000) for the cab each way (Hotel - Airport). I only waited 5 minutes and took another 7 minutes to reach the airport. This hotel is very convenient to stay if you want to stay near the airport.

Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM…. but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with CASINO business for adult who fond to it. 1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift. 2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000! Any thought?

Really did enjoy our stay but refreshing stay was spoiled by having to pay for parking on leaving as no staff available until 7am and we had a flight to catch at 645am . Initially they responded quickly to our email to state they would reimburse us but once we sent all the information asked - they failed to respond or refund us- extremely disappointed!!!

The room is huge, clean and has everything you will need. You can ask for a steamer from the housekeeping if you need to steam your clothes. The location is away from everything but very beautiful and quiet. The hotel does not have anyone to help us with the luggage upon checking in and checking out which is weird for a big hotel like this so if you have big luggage you might have to manage it yourself. Onsen is separated male and female and is beautiful but closed early like 8 pm if I'm not wrong wished it was open till much later like 10 pm or 9.30pm at least.
