The hotel was in a great location, the pool was nice but closed often. I think they are working on the chemical levels or something. The food was good on the buffet but it was the exact same thing every day, so by day 6 we were ready for our next resort. The staff was great and they solved any issues we had. The walls are thin but as long as there aren't any large groups it should be fine. They also treated us with wine and decorated or room which was very nice!

We got a suite upgrade for honeymoon. The luxury suite was dreamy. Better than the pics shown on website. Open jacuzzi and amazing views right outside the room. The breakfast is also very delicious

Większość personelu jest bardzo uprzejma i przyjazna. Przyjazd do hotelu nie czułem się zachwycony, ponieważ pracownicy stoją i rozmawiają ze sobą, zanim uznałem moją obecność.
Pierwszego dnia na basenie spotkałem bardzo nieprzyjemnego i niegrzecznego pracownika, starałem się nie pozwolić, aby to zniszczyło moją podróż, skarżyłem się na niego i ludzie przeprosili za niego.
Byłem bardzo rozczarowany ceną śniadania. Był on pokazany na trip.com jako £21, ale powiedziano, że to £36 na osobę. Kwasi był bardzo przytulny, uprzejmy, profesjonalny i przyjazny.
To piękne miejsce, ale jest dużo miejsca na poprawę.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, vous pouvez prendre le taxis et vous déplacer où vous voulez, il y a un MALL juste à côté ainsi qu’un KFC, néanmoins, nous sommes déçu du petit déjeuner, il n’est pas assez varié mais fait l’affaire quand même, et sachez que la chambre donne sur un espace partagé avec d’autres chambres. Les photos ne sont pas vraiment représentatives du standing attendu au vu du prix.

The location was absolutely stunning—breathtaking views of the ocean, lush tropical surroundings, and the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a private swim up pool that provided the most incredible sunsets.

BbartackWhen I checked in, I was upgraded to a deluxe room, facing the bay, and there was a jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was very good. The bacon was the best bacon I had ever eaten. It was not greasy and would not be as crisp as the American bacon. The meat was tight, but it was not firewood and hard, and the pork was full. The hotel is in a good location, close to the business district, but very quiet, and there is no noise at night. The only downside: the prepaid room rate has included taxes, and the so-called government tax of $4 per night has not been charged.
