Hotele z: Pools w Western Province, Sri Lanka

Bardzo podobał mi się cały pobyt w tym hotelu, obsługa była bardzo pomocna i miła, pokój był czysty, a widok na ocean i szum fal był tak przyjemny i relaksujący, że zdecydowanie warto tam pojechać, jeśli planujesz tu pobyt!

Nasza rodzina trzech zgłosiła się do hotelu w pierwszym tygodniu maja 2025 roku. Niestety, nasze ogólne doświadczenie było niedostateczne. Usługa pokojowa była rozczarowana, nasz zamówienie było nieprawidłowe, i zdecydowaliśmy się nie wysyłać go z powrotem, ponieważ zakładaliśmy, że to zajmie dużo czasu, aby otrzymać odpowiednie. Dodatkowo, pomimo posiadania aktywnej rachunku za jedzenie w pokoju, co czuło się nierozsądne. Kiedy zapytaliśmy o wieczorne rozrywki (piątek wieczorem), przedni desk zapewnił nas, że zespół na żywo będzie występował, ale to się nigdy nie stało. Wydaje się, że kurort wydaje się działać z minimalnym personelem, co może wyjaśnić spadek jakości usług. Na pozytywną notatkę, byliśmy ciepło mile widziani przez wielkiego gospodarza w check-in, a barman w barze basen wykonał doskonałe koktajle i zapewnił przyjazną obsługę.

Hotel room was renovated. tv is not able to view YouTube which is a drawback. Overall the service is good. Variety of breakfast items is huge compared to the other hotels I’ve stayed in Srilanka.

Sheer British Colonial history setting from 150 years ago. Immaculately observed, including the lowering of the Sri Lankan flag every day at 6pm, accompanied by a Scottish bagpiper!! Excellent location, close to the city centre but just enough away, right be the sea, in front of the iconic Galle Face Green. The pool is sourced from the sea water all the time. Good size, good facilities. Clean. Sunset views exceptional. Food available in several locations in the hotel, including the popular, much talked about buffet breakfast and bar food. Prices reflect the maintenance of traditional cuisine in a the modern world… But not as expensive as other modern hotels nearby, eg the Kingsbury. Highly recommended. We were here in the run up to Christmas 2025. The decorations will put many Christian countries to shame!.😁 They obliged us with a late check out. Five stars!

Stayed for a night after landing in Colombo. Hasini checked us in and was very friendly and welcoming; we were given all the information we would need during our stay. Large hotel with well kept rooms. Highlight of the stay had to be the breakfast buffet! The quantity and quality of options were amazing. Wish we had stayed another night so we could've enjoyed the buffet once more.

Niedawno miałem przyjemność zatrzymać się w Mandarina Colombo i ogólnie było to pozytywne doświadczenie. Hotel położony jest w dogodnej lokalizacji, w samym sercu Kolombo, co ułatwia zwiedzanie atrakcji miasta. Pokoje były czyste i zadbane, zapewniając komfortowy wypoczynek po dniu spędzonym na zwiedzaniu. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny, zawsze gotowy do pomocy w przypadku jakichkolwiek zapytań lub próśb. Udogodnienia hotelu, w tym restauracja i centrum fitness, zwiększyły ogólną wygodę mojego pobytu. Jedną z atrakcji był imponujący widok z mojego pokoju na panoramę miasta. Dodało to przyjemnego akcentu ogólnej atmosferze hotelu. Choć wystrój może nie był najnowocześniejszy, emanował klasycznym urokiem, który uzupełniał ogólną atmosferę. Bezpłatne śniadanie oferowało szeroki wybór opcji, zaspokajających różne gusta. Oferta kulinarna była satysfakcjonująca i zapewniła przyzwoity początek dnia. Warto jednak zauważyć, że niektóre obszary hotelu mogłyby wymagać niewielkiej aktualizacji, ponieważ niektóre meble nosiły ślady zużycia. Ponadto połączenie Wi-Fi może czasami być niespójne. Podsumowując, Mandarina Colombo oferuje komfortowy i wygodny pobyt z przyjazną obsługą i przyzwoitymi udogodnieniami. Może nie jest to najbardziej luksusowa opcja w Kolombo, ale zapewnia dobrą jakość dla tych, którzy szukają dobrze zlokalizowanego i przytulnego zakwaterowania.

a really awesome experience at this newly opened hotel opposite to the airport,exceptional and helpful staff,airport drop provided at usd 5,nice and clean rooms

Nice rooms, good location, and the staff was very friendly. Good business hotel, but also good for couples and families. Although the booking said ”ocean view”, didn't get a ”full ocean view” room. However, there was a nice view of the city and a partial view of the ocean which was unobstructed. Standard cleanliness and amenities. You have to specifically tell the housekeeping team if you want the bed linens changed. Wi-Fi is a bit jittery and requires you to log in every day for some weird reason, but speed is okay too. Breakfast buffet is nice with a standard spread of local vs continental. Egg hoppers are a bliss, and they'll make yours fresh every morning. Food at the restaurant/lounge is average, but they make a good Long Island Ice Tea at the bar. I was unable to attend breakfast as I had an early flight, requested the front desk to swap out the breakfast for a club sandwich at 3am, they were able to do that. The staff are overall nice and friendly, except for one guy at the reception who for some reason took 1000LKR for a replacement key and didn't want to give me a receipt for it. They also didn't give me a hotel invoice during check-out and said I will have to collect it from Trip.com. While I do have the invoice from Trip.com I found it as standard practice in most other hotels to share a copy of the invoice during checkout.

The service was top notch, the staff members were very helpful and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient as it was about a 15-20 min drive from the airport, and there are quite a few eateries walking distance.
